We have dined at Jameson’s Arlington Heights many times and have always found the food to be excellent and last night was no exception. The menu is quite varied. The entries are well prepared, ample and a good value. Service is usually pleasant and efficient. On this visit, our server was surly, no response when we greeted him when he took our drink order. When he was asked about a menu item, his response was clipped and terse. After he took our food order, we suddenly had a new server, Lisa. She was the opposite of the first guy. Lisa was upbeat, pleasant and treated us like valued guests. The hosts and manager were very personable and helpful.

The server was rude and inattentive. Couldn’t find him while we were there for 2 -1/2 hours. Just not happy with him!!

The food and service at jameson’s has always been nothing less than excellent. The live entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays is a nice to kick back I. The bar and eat while they play.

Excellent food and service. Food is always wonderful and this meal was better than normal. We will continue to include Jameson’s in our normal dining rotation!

Perfect dinner as always, service was impeccable as was our meal. This place is a great steak house that is truly old school. They are serving, soup, salad, vey, potato and bread included in your meal. I always leave full and with delicious leftovers. Don’t miss out on a wonderful meal.

Food and service were both great but the tables were so close together in there that you could hardly walk through. It was incredibly hard for the wait staff to move around the tables. Some of us had to move a to make room for when they were carrying trays of food through the tables and they had to literally carry them over peoples heads. They really need to take a few tables out of there and make their customers more comfortable and make it easier for their employees to do their jobs?
