The restaurant checked us in early and then when we showed up at our actual reservation time they didn’t have a table for us. I know help is super hard to find right now. Our waitress was new and she did tell us that however I feel like she was put out on her own way too early! She made a lot of mistakes. We had a reservation and got a confirmation and when we went, the restaurant was closed. So disappointed. It was Easter Sunday and very busy with spring break so we had nowhere to go. We have had great experiences before at Jalisco. This was just disappointing!1 person found this helpful

This was our second visit and we were extremely disappointed. Our server must have had many tables in other areas because she did not come around very often. We waited in between every step. To get our drinks, to order, when we needed something, then our check. The food was ok. Not nearly as good as we remembered last time. It was also very loud where we were sitting. There were speakers that were facing right at our table. We brought our family with us this time and we will not be back. There are too many other restaurants around foe us to settle for mediocre.Is this helpful?
