   Positive experience again. Last order of Tapas took an extremely long time to come out. Really busy for a Tuesday night! Our favorite is the Patatas Bravas though the carne asada was a new discovery for us- delicious!

   We ate out on the covered patio overlooking the lake. It was quiet out there with a nice breeze coming off the lake. This is our third time eating at Jaleo and as always they did not disappoint. I l

   Excellent food, as always. Service was very good overall but felt a little rushed to get us out at the end of the meal even though the restaurant was not busy. We were still finishing drinks and felt like we were being rushed out. Music was a little loud in our section which made conversation difficult. Otherwise, wonderful as always!

   We did the tasting menu with the wine paring. It was fantastic.

   The food was tasteful and the service was fast and attentive. I think they can serve just a little bit more on the proteins and can still be tapas portion sizes for the prices they charge but in general we had a great time, brought home a free complimentary picture and enjoyed our meal.

   We made a reservation at Jaleo because we saw the Netflix documentary Chef's Table: Legends. We are so glad we did! We chose patio seating, which was quieter, and the weather was perfect with a great view of Saratoga Springs. We "Ate like Jose", and it was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining every dish to us. We were checked on and updated constantly. We left the restaurant so full and satisfied. We would recommend Jaleo to anyone who loves good food. It was money well spent!

   The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was perfection! The staff had a positive attitude, and were very accommodating to our dietary needs — their recommendations were appreciated, and everything was enjoyed thoroughly. Can’t wait to return!

    The food was outstanding. We got 4 tapas style options and a small chicken and veggie Paella that served 2-4 people ( we were a party of 3) we took home some Paella, but ate all the tapas . They bring the plates out as the finish cooking so everything is nice and hot . Absolutely relishes . Our Waiter Gabriel explained everything we asked about then told us about each dish when it came out . We will definitely be back
