Here’s how it works: • One (1) free kids meal per paying adult (minimum $30 spend per adult required). • Offer valid for children ages 9 and under only. Jaleo is a wonderful restaurant; this is our third time going there since we prioritize it when visiting Disney on vacation. We were seated efficiently once arriving for our 6:30 reservation but we were quickly asked to move since they gave us the wrong table. Yosephine, our server was prompt along with her assistant. During the first 30 minutes everything was great, we had our drinks and ordered our food including the paella. We were told 45 minutes for the paella and understood that. We left the restaurant at 9pm with half of our party leaving throughout the meal since it was so delayed. Most of our tapas came by 7:30 after ordering but after that time the service just stopped. Our other tapas didn’t arrive, we couldn’t find our server for more drinks and after asking repeatedly our paella arrived at 8:30. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. Even getting the bill took time, we needed to ask the assistant server who asked the manager. It is such a shame since the food and atmosphere were amazing but the service was poor at best. Being a table of 7 meant the tip being automatically included, we felt that with her attitude and lack of effort. Minimal effort on being customer centric. Sorry Jaleo, that will be the last time we visit.

The good: The food was excellent. The cocktails were incredible. Our server was very courteous and brought us some complimentary champagne as we were celebrating a birthday. The not-so-good: The a/c wasn't working and it was really hot when we were seated. We were in a party of six and food came at different times which was kind of awkward. Overall, we had a good night but it could have been better. I would go again.

We had a wonderful dining experience. The wait staff was very friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious and very flavorful. We would definitely be going back.

Desde que llegamos nos dijeron con mala cara no tenemos mesa, entre aquí y reservé y obvio no les gustó, luego 4 tipos de platos no los tenían, teníamos q estar reinventando q comer, la paella de pollo y croquetas de pollo estaban ok, pero la de marisco horrible, todo era no tengo, muy cara no tenía ese valor para nada, en Vegas tienen este restaurante y es excelente por eso lo visitamos en florida

The food was delicious but our experience was essentially ruined by the service. It was over 10 minutes before we could flag someone down to just bring us water and get us started. The first round of tapas came out quickly, but then after that we consistently went long stretches when no one came by…we had to ask for one item three times before it actually showed up at the table, and by then we had already asked for the check twice. The people who came to the table were all incredibly nice, but we ended up being there for almost twice the time we expected…we were tired and wanted to leave but we were stuck waiting for food and service. This is not our typical experience at Jaleo and it was incredibly disappointing for an almost $200 meal.

The restaurant is excellent!!. The decorations and colors in the restaurant are lively, elegant and welcoming. The staff is very friendly. The food is delicious! Everything we ordered was amazing. The house sangria was also very good. A must try !! We also met the GM John. He was very nice, with a great personality. One of the best restaurants in Disney Springs. Will definitely be returning!
