Great service. Great food.
The service was a little slow considering the restaurant was not very crowded, but food was fantastic.
This was by far my favorite dining experience and we went in for lunch. Aaron took the time to talk to us and describe everything.. please get the tasting menu.
amazing food, very authentic spanish. I'm qualified to judge as I travel to spain frequently and was married to a Spaniard. In fact the food was exceeding many high end restaurants I've been to in Madrid , Barcelona and Murcia
For a realistic taste of Spain in the US, I highly recommend Jaleo. My wife and I enjoyed a late lunch while enjoying Disney Springs. The flexible range of options for those with dairy allergies was a big plus, as much of Spanish food can be prepared in a way friendly for those avoiding dairy.
We began with the 48-month aged jamon which to our delight was carved tableside by the sous-chef, Jose Davila (I got his card because the service was extraordinary!). We then ordered a series of smaller dishes in the Spanish tapas style, enjoying the Spanish tortilla and grilled vegetables. This plus their jamon and bacon slider was a light but filling course for our afternoon.
And of course the wine selection was also exceptional -- while they had pages of wonderful choices, I found the house red (Tempranillo) quite refreshing and my wife enjoyed the cava (cuve in the Castillano) for a taste of bubbly. At the chef's recommendation we also tried the amontillado which neither of us had experienced before -- quite a treat! Topped off with sorbet and coffee (plus a Spanish vermut-- it's sounding like I drank my lunch... but really just enjoyed a very long break to the afternoon!). We spent nearly two hours enjoying the relaxed service and low-stress environment, a nice change from some of the other 'hustle you in and out' restaurants at Disney Springs. Jaleo was a great choice and we will definitely be back!
Excellent Tapas - service outstanding - a bit noisy, but tolerable
Food was decent for stuff that’s getting pushed out at high volume. Wine list was fun. Server was very helpful and accommodating.
The food is excellent, especially the chicken croquettes and Iberico Ham. The traditional Spanish Tortilla though was not great, too much egg/not enough potato. Turned out more like a fluffy omelette than a tortilla. Everything else we ordered was amazing. And the staff were wonderful.
The picture of sangria is massive and you can take the red to go! The small plates were delicious. Highly recommend
We sampled many of the tapas and they were delicious, but the croquetas were our favorite. Fantastic dining experience. Jose Andres restaurants never disappoint.

Good tapas, but the sangria was average
We were so excited to see this restaurant in Disney Springs. This was a very big disappointment as we love their DC & Vegas locations. When we lived in DC, we ate there regularly as well as Jose’s other restaurants. Here we ordered two tapas and our paella. The paella was served first. The rice was way over cooked and it was mush. The shrimp in garlic sauce was bland. The Pressed sandwich of Spanish ham and Manchego cheese was excellent as was the bread for dipping in the garlic sauce. I would never return.

This may be a chain restaurant but every time I have been there it has been a great meal. Service is great and the staff is very informative about all the dishes and of course the table side sangria...delicious!
Saturday night we ate at Jaleo by Jose Andres. The food and service was top notch. We had two versions of his paella and they were both tremendous. We also had a green salad, the sangria and the flan for dessert. The restaurant experience was extremely good and we will definitely visit again.
Our waiter Freddy was AMAZING! Great advise on wine and food pairings! We were very grateful that he was able to guide us through the menu! Definitely will come back!
The garlic shrimp weren’t as good as previous visits, and I didn’t love the seafood paella the way I enjoyed previous paellas we’ve tried at Jaleo, but it was otherwise very good.
Some staff were excellent. Our waiter and the hostess that tried to seat us did a fantastic job. The reception staff however were poor. We waited an hour even though we had a booking and confirming we wanted to sit inside. Our first attempt after 45 minutes to get seated meant we arrived to our table already occupied. After this we returned to the reception area who tried to seat us outside in 40F weather. While the food was very good apart from the pan con tomate the initial service was hard to overcome.

Delicious food, hard to find Spanish cuisine and this concept delivers. A bit pricey but understandable considering the quality. Drinks were on point. Fantastic sangria and the "Castaway Old Cuban" was very good. We had a 3 cheese plate, chicken croquettes, tomato bread, veggies with fried egg, selection of ham, and paella. The Paella was the best I've had, even better than what I had in Barcelona. The other items were good and reminded me of Spain but not quite better.
Service was pretty good, but the server was a bit over the top and at times I felt that he was treating us like we were stupid. I'd ask a simple question and get a long winded answer that made it seem like we'd never eaten before . For example, "We are hungry but not starving, should we get 3 cheeses or 5 on this plate." 5 mins later, we decided on 3 cheeses because he didn't really answer and we just decided less food would be better. He did deliver on the dessert recommendation which I would say was the best dish. The dessert was a sort of Meringue cream pie with chocolate drizzle and it was one of the best desserts I've had in a long time and shared great with 3 people.
Overall, this is a good experience, and I would recommend.

Jaleo was an excellent dining experience. We enjoyed the tasting menu for our table and every course was delicious and appropriate in the amount of food for each guest. The Sangria was DELICIOUS!! Our server was well versed on the menu. We will certainly be back!
Fantastic. Darciee helped us with the menu and our waitress Laren also made recommendations. Laren was the best waitress we’ve ever had. We learned so much about the restaurant and Spanish cuisine. The decor was beautiful and very comfortable. But the food was just incredible. Can’t wait for a return dining experience.

Everything was great I was very happy with our services. Had the 70 dollar tasting menu and was very fill and happy when done. Dessert was over the top.
We were sat in the "Spill Over Section" even though there was a reservation made. You could tell it was a spill over section with the cheap furniture and unromantic atmosphere. Staff were constantly squeezing by and bumping my girlfriends chair to get to other tables. Food was okay but guess I was expecting a little more.
- Ensalada Rusa - Okay dish, seemed a little flat
- Empadrat De Mongetes - good flavor but something that I felt could be made at home very easily
- Gambas Ajillo - Okay but seemed like it was sitting for a bit. Not very hot and shrimp were mushy
- Bikini de jamon con queso Manchego - We agreed that this was our favorite but $14 for a ham & cheese
sandwich on what seemed like Cuban bread seems a bit steep
- Butifarra casera con escalivada* - Again, okay but seemed to be missing some seasoning.
- Carne asada con piquillos - Same as all the above, just okay.
Our server and his assistant were great and the Somm was very nice and professional. Only issue with service was the food runners having to squeeze by my girlfriends chair and bumping it. I get that it's Disney and the spill over section is probably saved for their walk-ins but we were looking for a romantic night with great atmosphere, food and drink. For paying total over $300 for 2 people and getting only 1 out of those 3, just was kind of a let down.
The paella of the day (vegetable/ribs) incredibly bad after taste.They used a ton of spices to enhanced the flavor, rather than used the ingredients themselves.
High price, good quality, very little portion!
I made this reservation for my husband‘s 40th birthday and we are very excited about it since we haven’t been back to Spain in a while. In the end, we were not impressed and not sure if we would go back sadly. Our reservation was the first one when they opened up. When we placed our drink order our waiter only took 1/2 the tables drink and meal order and got side tracked both times and didn’t come back to finish (eventually we had to flag him down both times). We had ordered a pitcher of their on tap sangria and he only came back with one glass. He stated they had a rough weekend and only had one glass left. Poor planning on the management in my opinion for such a big resturant in a popular location. Same thing happened with there mini burgers. The tortilla was runny in the inside and not cooked fully. For the cost of these dishes, I expected them to be executed correctly. We are very familiar with Spanish dishes, and I don’t think Mr. Andres would be please with this experience in his restaurant.
Was sat outside in very cold wind. Menu not well explained and ordered chefs special for $70 which was a sampling of several dishes. Not well described. Was told we should order 2 because 1 not enough for 2 people.
Most were cold dishes with not meat that we could share. If one person ate everything would not be able to finish as a lot of food.
The wine was good but could not take to go because server threw away bottle and placed remained in a plastic cup.
First time at Disney Springs location, but same incredible food as DC. Olives and carne asada were our favorites. Service was impeccable

The noise level was unbearable, couldn’t hear what people at our table were saying and not even the waiter.
The bus boy was terrible and nearly poured water all over my daughter, TWICE!

The food was ok, but nothing extraordinary. Have had better.
We ordered three different desserts and a second Coke (not refill) to go with it. Twenty minutes later the server comes back to tell us that they were out of two of the chosen desserts. We ordered another one. About fifteen minutes later the server comes with my Coke and tells us that the they were out of the other dessert too! Unbelievable! We cancelled all dessert orders and the Coke since I wanted it to go with the food that never showed up.
The tip aready came within the check, I returned it since I definitely wasn’t tipping the full amount for such a crappy service.
And it was supposed to have been a fun, delicious and nice 78th birthday celebration for my father-in-law... we rescheduled the celebration since that one only got on our nerves.

Amazing table side sangria! We did the tasting menu and it was delicious. Even though tapas didn't seem like they would fill us after a long day after the park, it was the perfect amount of food!

Beautiful restaurant space with a fantastic menu. We sat outside near the water, which I highly recommend on a nice day.
