My wife and I booked a reservation at Jaleo to celebrate her birthday. The restaurant was beautiful, had a lively feel and we enjoyed sitting near the chefs who were cooking the paella on the wood stove. Kevin C. was our server and was great! . He had some excellent recommendations for food and drinks, which we took him up on. We had five courses that were all exceptional and tasty! We had a great experience and look forward to booking another reservation next month when we have family in town!
The staff was friendly. They are taking good COVID protection measures. The noise level was unnecessary, driven primarily by overly loud music. The bar drinks were ordinary, and the food was forgettable. Disney prices. We went because of an entirely undeserved rave review by Scott Joseph in the Orlando Magazine. At least we had a great time with our friends, but there are so many better restaurant options in Disney and in Orlando.
Great food, skillfully prepared and presented, and great service make this a highly recommended experience.
It was okay... not the greatest food, I thought being a Disney property it would be a nicer meal.
excellent place to have a good time with the family.
Amazing food and great service! Nicely prepare dishes with interesting flavors. Having the magical dinner was a plus and a good way to try different dishes. Our server was amazing and made our dinner even more enjoyable. Best sangria ever! Thank you!
Time between dishes was too long and when the food arrives was cold... I have been at the restaurant before and yesterday was the worst experience.
Excellent meal! Our server Kevin was fantastic! Will definitely be making many return trips! The Salt Air Margaritas were delicious, as were all the excellent tapas plates. The spinach salad and chicken fritters being the highlight of the evening.
Service was great. Food was delicious. We took advantage of Magical Dining for our first visit. Look forward to coming back and trying other items on the menu.
The food was really good, and the tapas make it possible to try many different dishes. The decor is cool and the vibe is fun! My only complaint is that it was a little loud in the restaurant and it was sometimes hard to hear my dinner companions.
Good food, service is a tad slow but nothing to worry about if you're outside enjoying a glass of wine as I was. This was our first experience dining in a restaurant since March, and it was nice and pleasant. Outdoors, that is. Inside there were plexiglass dividers between people and social distanced tables, but it was still busy and loud, which causes people to shout without masks on. So if you can get an outdoor seat, enjoy it. Truly great food and people.
The gazpacho and the flan are to die for! The paella was burnt. The shrimp was ok. The croquettes are ok but very rich. The sorbet was good, just not special.
Its very expensive and the food is poor
I dont like
Delicious food. Friendly waiters. Go with a group and share the tapas.
Nice tapas restaurant! Food comes out as prepared, so you can linger with your party and enjoy the ambiance and meal. We did magical dining, which is for a limited time, and it was a great overall value!
Food was practically cafeteria quality, but the price was more in line with a gourmet restaurant. Nice back patio with a view. Staff was all very friendly and professional. They are supposed to specialize in gin cocktails, but the ones we had tasted like watered down Sprite with a hint of gin waived over it. It was the worst $15 cocktail I have ever had. I will never return to this restaurant.
Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. The food was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.
Our experience was so good, from start to finish. At a place that serves Tapas, Magical Dining is the way to go. We ordered a wonderful bottle of wine and told our waiter to just surprise us. And surprise us he did! Honestly, the best bite of food I’ve ever had - anywhere - was this little piece of endive with mandarin orange, almonds, goat cheese and the tiniest bit of balsamic. Our waiter, KC took amazing care of us. Thank you Jaleo for an amazing night.
They told me they would have stable ready and when we returned we still waited 15 min. Then they took us to a table that hadn’t been cleaned and the hostess wiped the table down right in front of us and left puddles of wetness on the table! The server came and I asked for a towel to wipe it down and he brought the water and then tried to wipe it down with drinks on the table! It was awful. We also ate our tapas and then waited for 10 minutes for the shrimp. I guess they’ll bring it out when others have orders it too and not until then. They had a tray of maybe 15 shrimp orders and then went around dropping them off. To make up for it, the server just brought extra food which we didn’t want #1 because we were full, #2 it was our least favorite item... it almost seemed like these were what was a mistake in back and he brought it out like he was doing us a favor after saying more peppers were coming and we said thanks but no thanks we were full... but then it was brought anyway and the you eat it or feel guilty that you’re wasting food. Typical Disney I’ve experienced... get them in and out, they’ll return because WE ARE DISNEY!!!
The food is good but the service is too slow.
I was expected a better experience. I had heard that Jaleo was really good but everything was just okay. The service was fine. The food was okay but not outstanding. Everything tasted similar and nothing stood out. Not bad but not great either.
Natalie was our server and she was amazing and friendly. She helped us even plan our movie date afterwards lol.
Excelente propuesta gastronómica; muy recomendable el
We were a party of eight to celebrate a birthday and we’re so happy with the food, wine and service we received. The special attention to detail was great. Food tasted excellent. Wine suggestion was spot on.
We went for magical dining. The services was a bit slow which is understandable so I’m not mad at that. The food was alright in my opinion. I do recommend the fried potatoes, those were the best dish of the night. The ambiance was very elegant and loved the surroundings.
Lots of missing items like ensaladilla rusa ,croquetas , fish selection .
We ordered off the special Magic Dining Menu, the 35.00 menu. Every item was delicious and feel fortunate to have experience this great value. Service was very good. I’d recommend different music and turn down the volume and it would be perfect. Looking forward to returning.
Excellent food and atmosphere. Only problem was main course was coming out at different times.
The food wasn’t anything special. The paella wasn’t good and barely came with any meat, it just had a small piece the size of a quarter. Truly disappointed especially coming from a restaurant at Disney springs.
The host who looks like Hugh Grant was very hospitable and welcoming. Our server Kevin was also excellent. Wonderful food to complement great service = a memorable meal!
The service and food was top notch. It was a pleasure to enjoy all the Jaleo could offer during these difficult times with small menu. Magical dining gave us an opportunity to enjoy. We will definitely come back to try all their other dishes. Highly recommend.
Kevin our server was absolutely stellar. Very knowledgeable about the menu and his service standards. One of the best servers I’ve seen in sometime. Recommended the Chicken Croquettes which were amazing. Food was great as well !!! Kitchen did a great job !
Jaleo was fantastic! We visited for the magic dining month and loved every choice that we made. We had to wait a little past our reservation time to be seated but once we were seated the food came super quick and made up for any lost time. Would definitely recommend.
This was our first time at Jaleo and really enjoyed our experience. My girlfriend and I selected the Magical Dining experience while her parents were able to enjoy the standard menu. The Magical Dining was a wonderful experience for the price.
Server was fine, restaurant was clean and safe but food was well below average. Of the ten courses served between my wife and I only the flan, the endive app were good. The entrees were terribly over spiced, the salad was dripping in sherry dressing to the point of being soggy, the other apps were bland. Will not go back.
Amazing food and Place enjoyed Magical Dining experience!!!
Food was delicious and the restaurant was very beautiful. Fun spot!
We went during the Magical Dining which is still going on until the end of September. Either way you should go. It’s a great way to eat small variety of meal.
My mother and I had a wonderful time. Our server Kevin is amazing.
A must when visiting Disney Springs. We religiously go every time we visit Disney. Must try - Croquettes and White wine sangria.
