We had a great time! Our dinner was GREAT!! Definitely coming back!! Wine pairing was fantastic and sangria was second to none. Definitely coming back
My husband and I went here for our 10 year anniversary. The food and drinks were very good. We got an assortment of tapas and the rose sangria complimented it very well. Highly recommend this at Disney springs!
Excellent selection of Tapas in an exciting setting. We went for Orlando Magical Dining and had a variety of options.
The restaurant is very loud. The Restrooms had trash overflowing and needed replenishment of supplies
We had a great time at Jaleo. We must come back and try other items in the menu.
While we was attending by our latin waitress, call Grezia so kindly and gentle, another one start to attend us, her name Tamy and made a perfect meal into a bad service. Change us our wine, my son (who want a be chef) ask for a non alcoholic cocktail like fruit punch and give him an awful organic juice. The food was perfect, we’ll return, but will be carefull to avoid her.
At first it was going well, we got the magic of dinner special and the first half of the courses where good. After that however the server disappeared for an hour and the rest of the food came out in the wrong order and most of it was cold. I was not impressed.
This was my second visit to Jaleo and I can’t wait to go back. I’ve sat at the while I waited for my table to be ready and during both visits the bartenders were outstanding. They made me feel welcome and it really set the tone for the evening.
Great service. Sangria was good and good value. Food was mediocre at best.
Our waiter was awesome. He had a lot of knowledge of the food on how it was made ect.
LOVED IT. WOULD RECOMMEND Highly. Best tapas i have had in a long time!!
The tapas special 5 courses was a great value . We had an exceptional attentive server which made for a great dining experience.
There were 2 of us. We shared everything we ordered. The bread with tomato and manchengo was interesting- kind of bland. Chicken fritters were quite tasty. We really liked the spinach salad. It was different! The shrimp- so,so. I had just comeback from Mexico,so I had been spoiled by the shrimp there. The pork sausage with beans was excellent- however, the sausage was pinkish in the middle- that didn’t bother me but it did my dining companion. The desserts were fabulous! Especially the chocolate one! The house Temperanillo wine was very good. I ordered off the wine menu- $15 for a glass! Good but way over priced. It was loutish but not terrible so. The service was excellent- maybe a little “ too rushed”- the wait staff was very knowledgeable!
Glad I could book a reservation for Magical Dining this month, Sept. Excellent food on all 5 courses.
Always great food. Prices are getting higher and I was disappointed that tonight when we ordered the dessert with magical dining, it wasn't the same dessert it's always been but instead received a smaller portion of it. Other than that, great as always!
wonderful experience, great magical dinner. exceed expectations, waiter engaging and knowledgable
One of the better meals I've had. We know Jaleo from Washington, D.C. and have a bunch of favorites on the menu; but for our first time at the Disney Springs location we had the extra treat of having our sangria and our cheese curated by a terrific server (Bebo) and the beverage manager (Jopus). Thus the food and the company were both excellent. We will be back.
Our Anniversary dinner.Decor inside is impressive, beautiful furnishings and lighting. Service was impeccable, they gave us complimentary wine for our Anniversary without even asking! We got the magical experience with a wine pairing. It was really fairly priced. Food is 5 tapas courses and is timed perfectly. The only down side was the paella was not the best, really more like rice and mushrooms. Everything else, perfect. We will go back
Great Place and food!!!! go for it.
nice servers !
Great tapas food. Excellent wine list. Good service.
Excellent food. Bathroom needs some tender love and care.
This restaurant is amazing. My wife and I went for the Magical Dining event. It was the second time we have been there and we still talk about the delicious food from the first time. The menu offers so many mouth watering options and none of them disappointed. Our waiter, Rhashid, was so helpful explaining the menu and offering suggestions, and the service was perfect. Can’t wait to go back on our next visit.
Food was excellent, outside view was beautiful, prix fix was excellently priced and the accompanying wines were superb.
Best experience I have ever had in a restaurant! I was fortunate to get to try the Magical Dining Menu at the Disney Springs location and every item was delicious. The gazpacho was rich with flavor and refreshing, the spinach and patats bravas were also divine, and the famous shrimp was cooked to perfection in a sauce that was multifaceted in its flavor with lemon, olive oil and garlic complementing each other. Then the pan con chocolate desert was the perfect ending. The service was exceptional. Every single employee there was friendly and helpful. I spoke with the food runner about their cheese menu and was immediately comped my favorite cheese Tetilla as part of my meal. The servers Rafael and Tamara were so kind and attentive and the busser Enrique was also very kind and attentive. You can tell they enjoy their work and helping guests have an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Jaleo!
Veronica was a really sweet and attentive server. Our location in the restaurant wasn't all that. We were to the side of the front door and kind of alone. It was weird. The food was good but a bit more spicy than explained on the menu.
We’re many fewer patrons compared to my last visit. Paella was not as rich/or flavorful. Several of the hot dishes came out warm, but overall was a great experience mostly due to our sever being attentive and helpful. Overall two new guests really loved it, I was slightly disappointed compared to last visit.
Excellent food, wines, service, and atmosphere. We’ll certainly go back when visiting Orlando again.
Great food like always and with the Magical Dining the value was amazing 5 courses for $37. Cocktails were fantastic as well. Service was exceptional like every time we visited. A must do when in Orlando.
Excellent in every way
Chose the magical dining experience. All choices were amazing! Chicken paella was very good as the garlic shrimp. Enjoyed the chicken fritters and I don't know how you make a salad different but it was great. Pan con chocolate for dessert even though we had no room to eat any more...delicious!
Had the tasting menu and it was fantastic. Couldn’t finish everything. Great service
It was the worst Paella i have ever tried. They are a Spanish restaurant that is supposed to specialize in Paellas. But, it was the worst Paella i have ever tried.
La paella no está bien cocida.
Server failed to warn us about ordering PAELLA Y ARROCES and how long it would take or that maybe we shouldn’t order a lot of other food. We counted on his assistance and guidance and he let us down. He continued to bring out all of the tapas that we ordered and by the time the PAELLA Y ARROCES came out nobody was even hungry. So a $240 plate was pretty much wasted.
Food was amazing, as always, but the service was a bit slow.
Vacation lunch with kids, party of 6. Most of us did the price fixe 5 course. They did order for each course when you finished the prior course so the food seemed to have a lag... took two hours to complete the meal which is long. We had a variety of dishes, sad to say they were hit and miss.
Very good restaurant I can see why it’s been voted best in Orlando for service was great and the food was amazing
We had lunch at 11:30 AM, when the restaurant first opened. We loved that it wasn't too crowded. We ordered from the Magical Menu, a "restaurant week" type offering and enjoyed an amazing five course meal. Excellent food and a great value.
This has become our favorite restaurant in Orlando.
While I have never been a fan of tapas, Jaleo is an amazing experience and the service staff is exceptional. Disney Springs is also a great entertainment location.
Did Magical Dining, the service started out great, they may have gotten busy then we were ignored for a bit. They offered water refill to the table next to us and left me with my empty glass. Food was decent. Spinach was delicious best part of the meal. The rest was just ok.
