Jaleo at Disney Springs ®
First -The food was excellent and if your looking for a great atmosphere: this is the place. Everything looked, smelled, and tasted fresh. We enjoyed every bite of the delicious food. Great overall experience! I highly recommend it!
We were seated outside, we had to wait for about 15 minutes for the first team member to offer us water, then 5 minutes later the waiter came. During our experience we had lapses of up to 20 minutes without any service. After our entree was served we did not receive any table service for 30 minutes. Not even to ask if everything was ok. Then it was another wait to get the check. Our total experience time was from 7:00pm to 9:45PM. The food is amazing, we visited the same restaurant at Vegas. We had more courses and the waiting time was understandable. I think there is room for improvement. They recently open this location... hope you can do something about this.
Food was very good. Shrimp was room temp but very tasty. Service was excellent and restaurant was beautiful. Already taking about going back for the tasting menu/wine pairing!
Lovely time, service and food amount with atmosphere were terrific!
Kevin was the best server !
Such a wonderful meal. Can’t wait to be back again
Great fans of Jose Andres, both for his food and his humanitarian efforts! So of course we went to support his new restaurant! Great wine selection and the tapas, although a bit pricey, were amazingly delicious! We had the patatas arrugadas with two dipping sauces, the onion slices with pine nuts and queso cabrales, and the sausage and white beans all of which were to die for! Will definitely eat at Jaleo again!
Don't be afraid to try something new! We ordered four different dishes for two of us to share and were gifted a sample of another dish by a server. Each and every bite of the five different dishes was delicious! I would not hesitate to bring guests here, as long as they like trying new things. We tried the Jamon Bellota Mano (ham carved tableside), Pimientos Piquillo (peppers stuffed with mushroom & goat cheese), Ensalada Campera (salad with greens, tomato, onion, olives, boiled egg, and green beans), Arroz Pollo y Setas (paella with mushrooms and chicken), and Bunuelos de Bacalao (fried cod and potato fritters with honey alioli). Service was wonderful and they came by our table several times to see if we needed anything.
It was a warm day, but noticed the outdoor seating was shaded, so we took a chance and asked to be seated outside. That was a great choice since no one else was out there but us! There were large ceiling fans above us and there was a nice breeze. We had a marvelous view of the water and lingered after the meal to savor our surroundings.
Brand new place at Disney Springs. Tapas so lots of small sharing plates. Lamb Chops were best I’ve ever had. Seafood paella was excellent.
The venue location is nice and we got seated outside on the patio which was considerably less quiet than inside. We got one jaleo tour and one seafood paella. The tour was plenty of food and pretty good, though the spinach course was over-salted. We were told that the tour also came with paella, so when a tiny portion of paella was placed in front of my hubs, I told him to go ahead and eat his and that mine would arrive eventually...whoops, guess not! But to be quite honest we were so full off of his tour and the sangria pitcher that couldn’t have eaten another bite. The paella was also over salted like it had been allowed to cook down too much and too much water evaporated. All in all it was nice to try it out being a new restaurant and all, but for the price and not equivalent execution level, we probably wouldn’t go back.
Great food and great server! Music too loud for my old ears...
Truly excellent food and gracious service, but extremely loud. We came in with a bunch of different allergies and felt very well taken care of, and the food was absolutely delicious! The desserts and cocktails were particularly wonderful.
Definitely the best food and place to eat in Disney Springs! Great menu with good ingredients. This is a substantial upgrade to Disney Springs food.
Awesome dinning experience. Wait staff made our last night memorable.
The anchovies are spectacular!
Not the quality of food that other Jose Andrés restaurants have.
Expensive considering the food style (tapas), service confusing and the noise is extremely loud, specially at the back of the house. We were celebrating our anniversary and despite the observation included when I did the reservation, nothing special happened, not even an compliment added. Very disappointing.
Great food and amazing service.
Get the house wine and the “secreto”!
Service was good as we entered however, I am going to assume we had the best server. Erik was attentive without intruding and explained the menu perfectly. All his recommendations were awesome.
The Sangria and dessert choices were excellent, but the paella was too wild and ‘gamey’ and the cheese plate was over priced.
We were on the Disney dining plan and our server stephanie was so helpful and friendly and helped us with our choices and gave us her recommendations on food selections the food portions were good size and tasted beautiful it was reasonable priced for a signature restaurant
One of the best meals I have ever had. Everything was delectable and expertly prepared, with no detail left to chance. The squid ink “pasta” was delicious as were the various quesos and the spreadable chorizo. We tried every sangria they had and none of them left us disappointed.
Jaleo was a fun experience and great ambiance. The portions are very small. It’s best if you go with a big group and share to be able to try a variety of things. We did enjoy the paella a lot and the tortilla de patata (Spanish omelette) was the best bang for your buck as far as tapas. Sangria was pricey and tasted a little watered down, would not recommend. Overall we will most likely go back again.
Wonderful. Our waiter was great but had some issues here and there. But overall could not have asked for a better meal for Mother’s Day.
Food was tasty and service was great but very pricey for the portions. It’s nice experience to try but afterwards you’ll still be hungry and already broke to order some more.
Food was amazing!! Waitress was very attentive to our needs as we had someone in our party with food allergies.
We have the opportunity to eat here in more than one occasion, food is delicious but when doing Jaleo experience vs. Joses way I find the latter pricey with less amount on the servings. You cannot even choose at least one tapas of your choice without getting charge extra for it. . My suggestion will be for you to do Jaleo experience- great price for what you get.
Service was amazing, food was perfect, and the prices are just right. Jaleo might just be my new favorite place!
The food is fabulous! Had the steak which is among the best ever eaten. The service was exceptional as well as ambience. Will be returning!
Simply on of the best dinning experience's we have had in a while... From start to finish it was amazing... and we can't wait to go back...
Excellent food, ambience and the service impeccable, a little bit pricey, but hey it’s Disney
Very impressed with the food and service. Already making plans to return with a group to taste more of the amazing tapas. Favs from this first visit ... the gazpacho & grilled shrimp ! And the Sangria Rojo ! Yum
What a memorable experience !
First of all if it’s your first time the tasting is the way to go! It gave us every part of the menu we wanted and the value was amazing!
I want to personally thank Oswaldo for a wonderful experience from explaining each dish and making the whole dinner a journey rather then just a regular tasting. The drink recommendations were on point and everything was just spectacular!!
Can’t wait to go back!
Love the ambience. The tapas were so delicious, everything we had was great. We ordered the red sangria pitcher for three people and we each got at least 3-4 glasses of sangria. The Sangira was really good and good value. The waiter was great, good service. Great for date night and girls night out. Will definitely go back.
Food was good but extremely overpriced
Great food, fabulous bar, with helpful and attentive staff.
Wonderful food, authentic Spanish.
Wonderful food and experience. Staff is helpful when not knowing what to pick.
Súper overpriced for the quality of food. I would never return there or recommend anyone. So disappointed on mother’s day we spent almost $700 and left hungry and upset. We had a party of 6, with only 3 sangrias they charge for half a salmon 50 dollars it’s insane.
