    Anytime we are in Orlando we make it a point to dine at Jaleo. In the past the food and service has always been excellent. We may have caught them on a bad night. The food was still very good though very slow in coming from the kitchen. One example would be it took 25 minutes for us to get the desert we ordered. In fact had our server not stopped by to ask if we enjoyed the Flan , to discover we had not received it, I am sure the wait would have been longer. Our server was very outgoing and friendly. However, we rarely saw him during our entire meal. We had to request dirty plates be removed and replaced with clean plates,so we could enjoy a different tapa on a clean plate. This is the first time I can recall that different tapas were delivered to our table and no one cleared the dishes from the prior course which had been finished. Overall this was a disappointing dining experience for my wife and I. We had been looking forward to our time at Jaleo and our experience fell short of what we have come to expect and love about Jaleo.

    Almost all the food was better than i could imagine. I was only disappointed in the pulpo which was way over cooked and tough. Otherwise we can hardly wait to return!!

    Big props to them for being able to take in a number of large groups all around the same time for a convention I was a part of less excited about having to wait 15 to 20 minutes at a time for a waiter to come by and take the next course. This is tapas. They should be coming by fairly frequently to help keep us fed as we’re only ordering small plates.  Some of the items were really good like the croquettes. The pan de tomate was delicious.  I was less enthused with the olives, as well as the cod balls.

    Excellent food and good value for money (at Disney prices, anyway). Love sitting on the waterfront patio, where it is more peaceful and quieter than inside which tends to be louder. Excellent service, as usual, from John (Bebo)!!

    The food was out of this world! Chef Jose Andres is a genius and it shines through clearly at Jaleo Disney Springs! The service was top notch along with the beverage selection. I can’t wait to come back!!!

    It had been a while since I’ve been here. This was once an excellent restaurant that I always took visitors to. I probably won’t be back for a while. They still have a great drink and wine list. However, the quality of food has declined. The shrimp looked like they were frozen from Publix instead of the sizzling head on shrimp that I previously had. Their croquettes are now served on a side plate, the tomato bread was cold and again just on a side plate. It just feels like they have tried to cut costs everywhere with poor quality and presentation. Yet a lot more expensive. It’s sad because restaurant game in Orlando has really improved and I don’t think it can keep up at this rate Service was still excellent. Just as I remembered.
