Jalapeno Inferno - Park West
Great place food was delicious had the seafood fajitas and it was fanamall.
Tasty but expensive probably won't return.........
The customer favorite Fundito, tasted like something that was mass produced by Costco and put in the microwave and have some sauce thrown over it. Definitely nothing that’s me daily or even weekly. The street corn probably came from 5 gallon pails from Cisco, definitely not be fresh. The main entrée wasn’t too bad, but nothing to write home about. Don’t think I would go back to this place for the price.
Great food … very large portions …. Excellent service
Good food and Great service
Food was bland and cold when brought to our table. It looked like it had been sitting for a while. The prices are way to high for the quality of food we got. Waitress was slow and rude. It was very hot in the building and made it uncomfortable to sit and chat. I will not return to this establishment for lunch or dinner!
Great food great beverages and fabulous flower chips
Excellent! Great service and great food. Definitely will be going back.
Food is delicious, and service was too notch. Tiana was our server and she was amazing! I got the signature fondito with steak and it was amazing. The margaritas here are absolutely worth while.
The service was fantastic, the manager even came over to check on us to see how everything has been.
First time customer, the place had been recommended. Maybe I was there on an off day but I wasn't at all impressed with the food or drink. The salt on the margarita glass was dried hard on the glass and the lime was not fresh. The guac was on the verge of turning brown and had no flavor. Too bad. I was so looking forward to the visit.
Ordered 6 different entrees all the food had bad lemon flavour
We came here for dinner on a Sunday evening at 4:45pm and it was not busy at all. There were a lot of people working, just walking around giving us looks here and there, and going into the kitchen, and back out without ever coming to greet us or take our order. I had to stop the manager the third time he passed by our table without saying anything to us, and I had to ask him if someone could come by and take our order. The waitress never asked if we needed refills or offered to bring more chips/salsa when we were empty. It was overall a terrible service experience. The food was good. When we left, the hostess at the front watched us leave out the door and we said “thank you”, and she never said anything back to us. The service was just awful. We never complained or asked for anything besides a waiter to take or order. Basic customer service training needs to happen at this place of business, starting with the management.
I had never been here before and was pleasantly surprised. The food, staff and atmosphere was excellent.
Great Mexican food restaurant that has plate size of traditional Mexican food, Uniqueness of upscale fancy Mexican Food, but price range very reasonable and right in middle. We frequent the traditional chain in Phoenix, but this one will definitely be added to our frequently visited spots.
Appetizer Sampler Huge, great meal if you want to try a little of everything.
Food was great! Service good, even when busy. Get the Jalapeno Inferno sauce!!! It's awesome!
No complaints on the food. Everything was delish.
We had a little confusion concerning guac and sour cream but it was handled efficiently.
Our margaritas were outstanding, and for a weekend in the early evening, the place was not overwhelmed with patrons. We will be back!
Asada tacos were delish! Chips were excellent. Salsas were very bland. Even the "Inferno" although it did have nice heat at the end. I would only recommend the carne asada tacos as the burro was boring, and the shrimp taco as per my wife was "meh".
One of my favorite restaurants. For a holiday evening (Cinco de Mayo) the service was great, the beverages were delivered quickly, appetizer came out amazingly fast, and the food with perfect timing. Also notably the drinks and food were in no way discounted in quality from the normal. Worth a try by anyone who love Mexican food especially those who like a little spice.
The staff was very attentive and the food delicious.
Enjoyed our time at your restaurant. Liked the openness of the restaurant. Server Carrie and those who assisted here, were warm, friendly and helpful.
The food was delicious! The service was great.
Server was awesome. Food was not the greatest. Inferno sauce is not hot. Over priced
Food was terrible ! Won't go back. I ordered the enchilada and a taco. The taco was sitting on top of the sauce so was so soggy in stead of being crispy ! Soggy and fell apart. The shrimp civechi was awful also. They put shredded lettuce all on the bottom of glass , soggy , just to make it look like more. It was nothing but soggy lettuce, onion, shrimp ! Not like I had before, food has gone way down hill. Waitress did t even clean off our table, said she would but didn't do it. Very disappointed for the $100 it cost me !
Great food great atmosphere great service overall just great!
The food is beyond great! The employees are so nice. The inside is so very beautiful.
The food was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. We had reservations, so there was no wait at all.
This was our first time eating here and were very pleased and will definitely eat here again. The food was super yummy and the service was on point.
Ashley was super friendly and very attentive.
Nice patio. Different food choices as opposed to a Valle Luna or Arribas. Very good, though, and gluten free menu, too. Misters on high ended up being too much of a good thing. But pleasant evening overall.
Delicious food, the pollo funditio is fantastic. Yummy corn & flour tortilla chips and salsa. So good!
First time there and we were impressed with everything. Food was hot and fresh. The decor is very pleasant to the eyes. They had lots of workers making sure that tables were ckeaned, Food was delivered promptly and to make sure everybody was having a good time
The food was very good! And their inferno sauce was actually very spicy. The service was slow, but they did warn us when we checked in that they were short staffed. The atmosphere is not intimate, but more of an open feel. It was a little louder than I expected.
Don’t waste your money on this place! Worst margaritas I’ve ever had. Ordered the boss margarita and couldn’t even drink it. The food was just ok and the service was so slow. We had our food but no silverware and had to sit there watching our food get cold. We were there celebrating a birthday and they did not do anything special. Never going back again.
The best Inferno in the valley (maybe because it’s the newest)? Delicious food — although the server delivered an incorrect order - a fault of the kitchen. The newness and cleanliness of the restaurant, the fantastic patio dining, the consistency of tasty and creatively-presented food and drink, and the attentive service make this restaurant the place to go for an excellent dining experience. Olé.
Food was rather bland. I had the appetizer sampler to try a little bit of several things. Nothing was great from it. Price was a little high but portion was pretty big so probably fair. Chips and salsa was pretty good though. I'll probably go back again to give it another chance.
Great food and service ! Highly recommend esp taco Tuesday
Excellent food and great service. Will definitely be back.
Tried for the first time-Had the fajita for 2. My plate arrived room temperature, my friends plate did not arrive until we asked for it. Shrimp & lobster combo was OK-not a lot of flavor. Will try them again but would not order the fajita.
The service was horrible management was nonexistent but the food was alright
In comparison to the DC Ranch location this was a bit of a disappointment. We had a reservation and it was noted that it was for an anniversary but no one ever mentioned it at the hostess station or wait staff...we weren't even offered a dessert menu to order a dessert from for the couple we took to dinner.
The menu pages had not been cleaned very well and there was dried salsa on 2 of our menus. The wine glass was spotted as well.
The food was good overall and our waitress, although only on her 3rd day of work there, tried very hard to do a good job and was very friendly but overwhelmed as we only saw her a couple of times and had to wait for water a few times. Also, someone should have been assigned to clear the dishes between appetizers and meal as well as end of meal but since there wouldn't be dessert offered, I guess that didn't matter.
Not a "we'll be back" dinner for sure.
