La cocina de JAK es una cocina de terruño, la cual refleja lo que es Valle de
Guadalupe y sus inmediaciones, que alimenta, provee y nutre de ideas culinarias
a nuestro Menu.
El concepto culinario de “Mar y Montaña” es palpable dentro de nuestra
propuesta. Dicho concepto consiste en combinar en un mismo plato ingredientes
típicos de tierra con ingredientes de mar. La cercanía con Ensenada y sus grandes
productos de mar y el hecho que nos encontremos tierra adentro hace posible
llevar a cabo este concepto culinario.
Su Chef Ejecutivo Alonso Vidal, originario de CDMX inició
su carrera gastronómica hace 16 años en Argentina
donde en esta primera etapa inició su formación en cocina
salada e inició su carrera profesional. Posteriormente se
mudo a España en donde hizo una especialización en
pastelería.
La cocina de JAK tiene como propuesta platos para compartir en los cuales se
utilizan productos regional

I’m not sure if I went on the wrong time of the year were some restaurants close for the season but they were out of a lot of items.

Very good food, outstanding service and ambiance, and the view is amazing! Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Valle, we will be coming back many times in the future!

Jak lo tiene todo. Es un excelente lugar para llegar en la tarde y ver como baja el sol sobre el valle. Los platillos que probamos estuvieron riquisimos. El personal fue muy atento.

MUST visit this new hidden gem in Valle. From the moment I arrived, I was instantly enchanted by the breathtaking views of the vineyards and native plants that surrounded the property. JAK has an exceptional selection of wines from the region and beyond. Chef Alonso stopped by our table to explain the concept of its menu, which we LOVED. From the simple-yet-amazing oysters to the succulent braised lamb, every bite delighted my palate. We will be definitely back again soon.

Do yourself a favor and visit this amazing restaurant in Valle. The views and service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely superb. It's menu is based on the product itself with simple yet outstanding preparations – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Valle. Highly recommend!
