It features a grand piano, dim lighting and a large stone fireplace as the centerpiece of the room. Jaguar at the Bistro is owned and managed by Chef Victor Parra Gonzalez and Sous Chef Diana Parra. They were both born and raised in Acapulco and bring years of experience with traditional Mexican cuisine to the restaurant. Begin the meal with an appetizer like queso fundido, pork belly with bean sauce or guacamole with toasted pumpkin seeds and sesame brittle. Jaguar at the Bistro offers a variety of innovative entrée dishes for the main course. Try gulf shrimp with pineapple sauce, octopus with house made chorizo and potatoes or braised pork pasta with tomato sauce.
