minibar by José Andrés, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, is a study in avant-garde cooking where each bite is designed to thrill the senses by pushing the limits of what we have come to expect—and what is possible—from food. The creations combine art, science, tradition, and technique to deliver an imaginative and progressive tasting menu. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible, as we cannot guarantee accommodations without sufficient preparation time. Prepaid reservations are for parties of 1 to 4. Due to the intimate nature of our communal dining experience—limited to 12 guests—we restrict connected groups to a maximum of 4 guests. Multiple reservations made under the same party will be adjusted accordingly. A 22% service charge is added to every check and is fully distributed between our culinary and service teams.
