On vacation so our first time at this restaurant. The food was outstanding and plentiful. Wish we were staying longer to go again.

Crab cake was good! Shrimp and Scallop dinner was great but wish the shrimp wasn’t overcooked. Sushi very good. We sat outside which was nice. So excited to see an outdoor hibachi and will try to bring family next time.

Party of 4 on time for our 6:30 reservation . Service was extremely slow and during the service we almost went to find our server who disappeared for long periods of time. Restaurant got busier as time passed and we watched other tables being served that were seated after us. Not sure what the confusion was in regards to lack of service. Maybe short staffed? However, we are happy to see a Berkshire Restaurant busy and succeeding. We are locals and first time guests. We will give the restaurant another try as the food was delicious!

The food and service were excellent! They accommodated us last minute, remade a dish that was a little to salty for us, and were super friendly! The food was authentic and flavorful!

We dined outside on a very busy Sunday. We were seated far from everything but our server was great, came right over, explained things on menu and took our order. We like the large menu, lots to choose from. Food quality was good, and server was good. Person at host stand was not good, couldn’t find our reservation. But thankfully Jae’s takes reservations on Open Table and we had the email.

Jae's is one of the best restaurants in the Berkshires and definitely one of the most approachable and affordable. My only comment is that the dipping sauce that came with my appetizer (shrimp shumai) was not the usual soy based dipping sauce; it was a white dipping sauce that was more like salad dressing. I would have preferred the soy based dipping sauce. I do recommend making reservations on OpenTable instead of calling. I went there last Sunday and the Sunday before. The second week I made the reservation online and had no problem. The first week I called Friday and I was told "you're all set" but it turned out they never put the reservation in.

Love Jae's Excellent food, good service, pleasant ambience. Our visitors were surprised that such a great place is located in a Hilton Garden Inn, and that the outdoor area (which we prefer in summer) is adjacent to the parking lot (shielded by trees, so not an issue). Especially recommend the duck spring rolls, veggie dumplings, and OMG beef bulgoki

Having dined at Jae's in the past, I have to say I was disappointed in my recent visit. I understand that, as a hotel restaurant in a very popular summer location, it can get very busy on a weekend night. However, the staff seemed very disorganized, especially at checkout-in, when we, who had reservations, were kept waiting while people who were picking up take-out were on the same line, and the woman who was checking reservations was also busy seating people and busing tables, and telling servers who needed what throughout the room. The food was very disappointing- appetizers of wings were greasy and overcooked, and Pad Thai was a gummy, gelatinous mess of noodles with a few pieces of chicken and a few shrimp thrown in. An order of miso soup was so salty that it was almost inedible. My husband's hanger streak entree was the only decent dish. We will not be returning.

Good fresh sushi, great staff. The rolls were outstanding. The apps less so but still good - we had the pepper shrimp and lettuce cups with chicken and three rolls.

We’ve been here very often and the quality of food was very good . This time , unfortunately the sushi was mediocre ( chewy and unflavored , both orders wrapped in way too much tasteless rice ) The entrees were very good though .
