While our server was friendly and attentive, the overall experience was a letdown. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it just didn’t live up to the hype. I ordered the Lobster Spaghettini ($48) expecting something special, but the lobster didn’t even taste fresh at all, it was chewy. For that price and wait, I expected way better quality and flavor. Disappointed, especially since I was really looking forward to it. Great service, but the kitchen and quality just didn’t deliver.

I have never in my life receive this level of hospitality, the management down to the staff was exceptionally welcoming and received me like no other, made me and my guest comfortable❤️will definitely go back

It's a beautiful place with an outstanding flowery corridor at the entrance that amazed us, tasty food and dessert, a little bit costly but worth it to enjoy the place

We had a wonderful experience with exceptional service. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the music created an incredible atmosphere—it was undoubtedly the highlight of the evening. Our server was attentive, personable, and made us feel well cared for throughout the night.

The service was exceptional. Very humble and down to earth staff which is rare for Yorkville. The food was great and very reasonably priced. The only thing I would say is that the Kaizen Toast was tiny (perhaps charge more for a larger portion size?)
