We chose sit on the first level in a booth. The low energy server greeted us after waiting a bit. We ordered cocktails and a few cocktail. Noticed there was only one bartender for full house. We grab the server to order our mains after seeing the food slowly roll out. Ticket times were slow. Food was tasty and well presented. Asking how long the restaurant had been open server told us a year! She told us that they were finally figuring everything out.

The sea bass, udon noodles and au gratin potatoes were the highlights of the meal! Cocktails were strong and the view of the water was very unique to Cleveland. Decor was also very cool. A wonderful spot for a night out in the Flats.

We were there for our 10th wedding anniversary. The food and service were great. Very nice place. The host was very polite and professional, our server was excellent and the other staff we ran into were all friendly and helpful. Only negative was the cost. It is a great special occasion restaurant.

We have only been to Jade in cold weather. Thus sitting inside. The food is excellent. We keep trying new dishes. The branzini was so tender, and the imperial rice was delicious. Can’t wait to go when the weather is nice and the garage doors are open to the river.

Food was good, but food was overpriced for what you get. Service was slow - they only had one server to take care of the entire dining room (about 10 full tables when we were there - that’s too much for a single person to handle). We felt bad for the server - she was trying the best she could, but in her rush ended up spilling a glass of red wine on the couple sitting at a nearby table. The view of the river is nice, but for the price there are other restaurants I would prefer.

First visit to Jade on Valentine’s Day. This place is really cute. I checked out all 3 levels. The second floor host & hostess were friendly. I believe they may have been the owners. Our server Heather was fantastic. Loved her personality & professionalism. She knew the food & wine menus well. The Sunday Morning sushi roll was delicious. My honey had a meal similar to the surf & turf but not a full lobster tail (they were out) and his meal was $76. That was quite pricey for the portion & was more than the surf & turf. The one change I recommend is the music…especially on an evening like 2.14. It was kinda techno-ish & a little loud. Not super fitting for a romantic dinner. However!!…Overall we loved it. We will return especially when the weather is nicer.

Fantastic cuisine, even better service! The sea bass was off the charts delicious and the staff were very attentive and professional. We felt very at ease and comfortable and already made reservations for Valentines Day!

Jade was one of the best dinners my partner and I have had in Cleveland in a while! Food was all amazing, our server was very nice and helpful. My only complaint is the house music is so loud we could barely hear each other (and I am 25 lol). I feel like for a $200 dinner, the loud music slightly cheapens the experience. Otherwise, I highly recommend and would go back!
