Overall a very good experience the server was attentive the drinks & food were amazing I’d definitely return & try more items off the menu . I’m not sure if because this is a new location but it wasn’t busy at all food & drinks came out quick and hot

Had a great experience at Jade in Port Washington. We ordered the steamed shrimp dumplings, szechuan beef and shrimp with basil. All the dishes tasted excellent and service was great. Food does come out a little fast but they were not busy so we didn’t order everything at the same time and they were fine with that. Menu is very varies with chinese, thai, and indian dishes. Will go back to try other cuisines. Drinks were good and reasonable priced.

The food and drinks were delicious. The atmosphere could be more inviting and cozy and the service a bit more focused. Was overall very happy with the food quality and price. I would definitely recommend Jade and will return again soon.

Food was great from the start. Excellent spring rolls and tandoori chicken. Had the chicken tikka masala for dinner and it was excellent. Service was shaky though. Maybe because they are new? Large group of 10 came in and sat next to us. We didnt see the waiter again until the check.

Restaurant is shiny and new and has a great ambiance, and that was about the only positive about this place for us. Of the three entrees we ordered, one was okay (Vegetarian Manchurian), the other quite bland (Hakka Noodles), and the third almost inedible (Chili Chicken) because it was mostly batter with almost no chicken and was quite chewy. The service was quite slow and no one checked to see how the meal was. When we finally asked for the check and informed the server how bad the chicken was, he was apologetic and took the charge off the check, which was appreciated. Hoping these issues are because they are new in this location and that it gets better.

Food was good (not amazing) but good. The biggest miss was the sushi rice - it was overcooked and mealy :-( Service was generally attentive but the pacing was very weird, a main course came out 15 minutes before one order of sushi, which was 10 minutes before the 2nd order of sushi. I’d definitely go back but there are some kinks for them to work out.
