Awesome experience, outstanding service and great food. Exceeded expectations.
The food was extraordinary and the service was wonderful.
Thank you so much, Ferreol, for your review and the 5-star rating. We so appreciate you sharing your experience. We hope to see you again soon!
Jade is my favorite restaurant. The food is excellent and the service is also.
Thank you for being our guest and for your kind review! We appreciate you! We will work hard to stay your favorite restaurant!
Service was incredible, food was great and really nice open atmosphere .
Thank you so very much, Ric, for being our guest and for your wonderful review!
large space, the hostess was very nice. Waitress tried to sell us on the "special beef dish for $145" for 10 minutes. Quite annoying. We ordered a bunch of appetizers, fried watercress salad, hot and sour soup all very unmemorable. Entree of Duck $34 was tough and chewy, really inedible, salt and pepper prawns was awful, greasy, undercooked - the Omikase sushi was 7 pieces - quite a rip off. All in all the food and service were awful.
Thank you for dining with us, Tony, and for sharing your experience. We appreciate learning from our guests' experiences. We are sorry that our food and service were not up to par. We will take to heart all your feedback and work hard to improve.
You go to a Restaurant for great food and you tip for service. Exceptional Food and Superb Service at Jade Restaurant. Will recommend and be back. Erin our server was Exceptional and was informative and really a joy!
Thank you so very much for your kind review and for sharing your dining experience on Open Table. We are delighted that you had such a great experience. We will let Erin know you called her out for exceptional service. It will make her day! We hope to see you again soon!
Great service and ambiance but poor food quality and over priced. Our gong po lobster was rubbery and chow feng tasted sautéed frozen ingredients. And tea was not organic green but some average end tea bag version. Feel bad for their servers but management should really make note to improve on food quality.
Thank you, Ava, for being our guest at Jade. We are delighted that you enjoyed the service but very concerned that you did not enjoy the food. We really will seriously consider your feedback and do everything we can to improve our food.
This was our second time eating at the Jade. First time Teppenyaki, which was wonderful. This time we had table service and ordered from the menu. The food and service was great, but the amount of food you get for each entree is much less than expected for the price.
Amazing service and phenomenal food. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and everyone was seasoned spot on.
Wonderful food! I had the wok fillet and there was plenty to eat. Also enjoyed the miso cream brûlée. Will be back again and would recommend Jade to friends.
Great restaurant with Excellent service and delicious food!!
To many choices and very over priced for the quality...
Both of the entrees we ordered we oily and not very tasty. Our server kept disappearing. Service is slow.
We are so sorry that you did not have an excellent dining experience with us. Every dinner should be a 5-star event. We will take your words to heard and improve what we do.
Food was great and the service was excellent! The restaurant is beautiful inside as well, we will be back!
Not bad, not great. Had the lobster tempura, was a bit tough. Sauce was not particularly flavorful. The. Had sushi roll which was pretty good. Can’t remember the exact one. Good wine list.
2nd time @ Jade - server was very nice and LOVED that birthday cake!!! Yum!
Fillet minion was amazing little spicy and came with rice. Had edamame was delicious. Would definitely visit again
Dinning with friends that enjoy dining and Asian as wife and I do. After reading very mixed reviews with some not very favorable, we decided to give Jade at the JW Marriott a try as its very close to home. Parking was easy from the Convention Center "turn around' or a short walk from the parking garage thru the casino. I would not recommend the long walk from the Spa or Palms Tower valet main entry. Our reservation was honored without issue. Not very busy for a Saturday evening at 6:30 but did get a bit more crowded later. The server although somewhat new was very good, attentive and professional. We all agreed the food was actually outstanding. Best Hot and Sour Soup I have had as was the beef and broccoli. My Wife enjoyed Honey Walnut Shrimp which was excellant as was the edemame app, and our other entree's. Good wine selection as well and good cocktails. Our spend was quite reasonable considering we enjoyed wine and cocktails and appetizers and along the spend line with PF! Bottom line here is, yes, we would definately return and it is now on our Asian dinning list!
This was a great Restaurant and will go back many times!
This is the best thing in a while that is new refreshing and food is do good!
The waiter I have no knowledge of the menu.
We ordered the salt and pepper prawns I asked the waiter if the shells were taken off the prawns he said yes.
When we received the order the prawns had not only shells but they had the heads also.
This completely was unsatisfactory as my husband does not like to see the heads of any shell fish.
Food, drinks and service were amazing. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. I only wish the portions were a little bigger. There were six of us, the women dont eat a lot but the men do. We ended up having to order more food. The overall cost was reasonable and we had alcohol so we were happy with the bill
Tried the Teppanyaki since it reopened as Jade, not happy. Had reservations for 7, did not even start dinner by 730. The salad dressing was terrible and my steak was tough and chewy because the cook was so rushed. Will not return for Teppanyaki. 👎Regular seating and food is good but a little bland.
Food and service fair. Too noisy for my taste...for a dining experience.
Sat at the Teppanyaki table. Met some wonderful people and had a great time. Chef was great. Food was cooked exactly how I asked for it. Not much you can do wrong at Teppanyaki table.
As a local we were very happy to find a asian restraint of this quality in our area. Food was excellent espicliiy the wok filet and Ramen menu was great. Guang our waiter was wonderful. We will ask for him on our return.
First time there, and it was a good dine. Service was good, and the food was really tasty. The calamari, and the Hot and Sour Soup were excellent. I also had a lamb chop from the Robata grill, and that was done to perfection--the menu says Lamb Chop-- and that meant only one chop, but if you have a big appetite, order two! Also had the HongKong Noodles-- a huge portion that needs to be shared-- too much for one person. We will return to try more of the large choices on the menu.
Food and choices were great. It is very noisy. Hard to hear one another at the large round table. Service was excellent!
My entire experience was great from the greeter to my waitress. Too notch
The hostess that brought us to the table was very professional, gracious and smiling. I believe her name was Laneisha not sure if i spelled correctly. The server was very polite, recommended some food for us to try and didnt disappoint. She is from Indonesia and I can't remember her name. Great job for hiring great people. Definitely will be back.
When we arrive they could not find our reservation. Turns out they emailed us One minute before our reservation time to tell us it was canceled. We did not know this until after we returned home. The seven of us ended up at a long rectangular table for 12, as there were no circular tables available for a party of seven. As a result the evening started out with confusion and disappointment. The food was good and the price was reasonable. Maybe because I’m getting old but the ambient noise and music in the restaurant was a bit loud for conversation at our table. We will consider going back to try again.
Great service, nice atmosphere, excellent food and generous portions
My first visit to Jade was very good. It was quiet, our server was attentive and the food was great. So I took a friend after telling her how wonderful it would be. We were seated next to the Hibachi tables which were horribly noisy. Service was so so and the server could not open the wine which had a twist-off cap. The lobster tempura that was outstanding on my first visit was so so. Probably won't go back but will instead return to Ondori which has the best Chinese food in town , and you can actually have a conversation even though the restaurant is always packed.
I did not feel the menu did a good explanation of the food. Ordered filet Mignon dish and it was very spicy, menu did not state that. Ordered lobster kung pau expecting spicy, very mild and lobster so very over cooked. Salt and Pepper Shrimp came with full shells, extremely messy, again menu did not state this.
Service extremely poor, many people seated after us received their dinners before us. Never was asked if we needed anything in between our 2 hour dinner (most of this time was between appetizer and dinner being served)
Noise level extremely loud. Felt like we were sitting in the middle of the casino.
Terrible attempt at Asian anything. Chow Fun was bland, little sauce, little amount of beef and just not cooked correctly. Not one try but two tries and still no success.
I recommended it already. Would definitely go back.
Outstanding service. Fresh and creative dishes. Tasty noodle soups and sushi. Extensive menu. Going to take me a while to sample all the different types of food that they have to offer. Have been more than satisfied every visit. Hidden gem.
This was our first time at Jade. Food is really good.. large menu and very busy. Service is slow however. WE will probably return for a 2nd chance.
Very friendly staff. Our favorite dish is the calamari nice and crispy. Mongolian beef with a sweet and lit spice is wonderful as well. I can’t have lobster but my family loves the lobster tempura. For dessert I would suggest the back sesame seed panna cotta it’s so good!
