   Sometimes the restaurants inside off-Strip hotels can be overlooked. “Dig a little deeper” is what I always tell myself, and that led us to Jade Asian Kitchen & Noodles at JW Marriott Las Vegas The Resort at Summerlin. The setting is striking, modern, gorgeous—and the menu encompasses Chinese dishes and dim sum, plus sushi and Teppanyaki entrees. Everything we ordered hit the mark: pork/vegetable potstickers, orange chicken, the “Tweety Bird” sushi (accented with Amarillo salsa), shrimp lo mein, stir-fried green beans, and the unforgettable ube cheesecake, topped with a “lace halo cookie.” Free self parking + complimentary valet, too. 🚗 🆓

   Jade is always great. We had dinner on the patio tonight...it's very nice outside. The property is very picturesque, with waterfalls and streams. The food is delicious. This is my favorite restraunt.

   As always, Jade never disappoints. Food and serve is top notch. Ask for David or Simon as your server. They are the BEST!!

   Outstanding food and service!Our favorite was the seafood chow fun. We returned twice more during our stay after eating dinners at the other hotel restaurants.

   David and the rest of the wait staff provide service you come to expect from a fine dining establishment. David always details the specials of the day in such a mouth watering, delightful delivery that you almost can't refuse. David thoroughly ensures he takes your order correctly and he and other staff deliver out meal hot and fresh from the kitchen and sushi bar. Manager James stops to visit with diners to ensure they are comfortable and all of their food and drinks are perfect.

   Items we ordered were hit and miss. Cashew chicken good. Sushi meh. Edamame beans average. Pear martini Cocktails good!! Service good.
