Besides the story behind the restaurant, everything was so nice, I will definetly come back when its cooler so I can enjoy there beautiful shiek patio. Philip was our server, very prompt and polite, his young helper was also very nice. The Charcuterie Board was sooo yummy, you can have that as a meal alone, I was surprised i was able to stuff my blue cheese wedge with skirt steak down, well at least half of it, which was very tasty. Would definetly recommend.

Hello, Last night my girlfriend and I decided to attend this restaurant for restaurant week and had a horrible experience. First off, the bottle of wine we ordered came after we had to ask for it again and after the “Appetizer” which was basically a tortilla chip with a piece of tuna on it. Next, we got the fondue that was barley eaten because there wasn’t enough bread. The entree portion of salmon was 2 bites and the waitress initially hyped it up to be more. My skirt steak was not cooked properly, cold and salty. I took 2 bites and didn’t eat the rest. The table next to us had the same experience. However, their meal was served after ours and they sat down before us. Their bill was comped and although we told the server of the bad food, she didn’t discount anything just offered a glass of wine on the house but we had a concert to go to and needed the check. So my friend spent $80 a person on a horrible meal and experience at this restaurant. Renee Schneider Sent from my iPhone

Took two hours to get simple food orders to the table. Only one round of drinks and we tried to find our waitress for awhile with no luck. Probably 4 tables of people at this time with enough staffing. Portions were very small and over priced. The watermelon "salad" was just a small bowl of watermelon cut up. We complained to the manager and they did nothing. Plenty of other food options downtown...would take a pass on this one.

It's a hotel restaurant and not great. Our server was the highlight of the evening. She honestly was delightful. The restaurant felt like a hotel lobby and the food was just ok. Not much to write home about especially compared to other restaurants in the area. They did nothing bad or anything like that it just didn't live up to expectations.

We came in with a big party while in town for convention. The food was really good. We got almost 1 of everything off their menu and everyone loved it. They even accommodated the vegans that were in our group. Our service was really where this place shined though. Our server Nick and his right hand Valentin were on point. They knew what we needed before we did. Benjamin the manager was personable and helpful and even though he hasn’t been in Phoenix long took time to help us find somewhere fun to go after eating. I enjoyed our time here and I highly recommend it.

Food was outstanding. We had the crab and Brie app, skirt steak, watermelon salad, and bisque and everything was top notch. Very flavorful and unique options. It was a quieter time of year, but the outdoor seating area was really pretty

Reservations don’t matter, it’s a hotel restaurant with open seating. Just walk in and sit anywhere, try to get a bartender’s attention to get a server. Great food though.

This was my first time eating at Jacy & Dakota's. It continued to pop up on my open table recommendations, so I thought why not! I was a bit caught off guard when it was INSIDE the Westin. None of the photos on open table showcase the location as an inside the hotel spot. Of course, we were eating in a HOT Phoenix Summer night (116) so we opted for indoors, which had less excitement due to it being a hotel restaurant with majority of patrons being hotel guests. Honestly, that is my only negative. Everything else about this place was an amazing experience! We were in the darkest corner of the restaurant to keep cool, so my photos were not as amazing as I wanted them to be. Awesome pretzel with beer cheese (our server informed us it is made with a local AZ beer, and it was BOMB)! We also tried the charcutier board and had some awesome drinks. Dinner was also really well presented and delicious. I had the steak wedge salad with homemade blue cheese dressing and the steak was perfect! My husband had the chicken sandwich which was also really delicious. No desert for us here because we were FULL!! The outdoor ambiance was something that we will certainly be back for in the fall. We did take a few photos so you can see how cute and what a fun vibe it had to offer with Jenga, Connect Four, Fireplace and tons of additional seating. While it started out uncertain, I would say we will return for sure!

The food was phenomenal, but there was zero signage... hard to figure out if we were in the right area. Service was exceptional but slow. Not sure if they were short staffed. The employees were really great. We had the Grilled Cheese & Bisque, the Black & Blue Salad, and the Watermelon Salad with Chicken.... really, really good!! Would definitely dine there again, just hope it's better staffed and they figure out their signage.

My husband and i walked into this restaurant never having heard of it and walked out with it being one of our best dining experiences ever! The scallops and filet mignon were INCREDIBLE. You can really tell they use high quality foods and care about each dish they make. The service was great and our waitress was the sweetest. We will definitely be coming back and bringing everyone we know!

The patio and the service are the best part of this place! This restaurant is located inside the lobby of the Westin. It was fine. There was nothing extraordinary or phenomenal about the food itself. However, Phillip was exceptional! The patio is a complete vibe and for those that enjoy the aesthetic - this works!

Stopped by for their Fizzy Fridays. The patio is beautiful! Staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. We ordered their wagyu burger, vodka sausage pasta and sea scallops all a must try!

Ambiance was great! Lots of attention to detail from a design prospective. Service was quick and waiter was attentive. The burger wasn’t bad, but their medium cook ended up being a medium well so take that into account. The sausage in the pappardelle was really good; I would say the pappardelle was the best dish at my table. Warm pretzels with the beer cheese will definitely order again. Recommendations… add salt and pepper shakers to the tables and have some sort of al a carte salad option smaller than a half order. Surprised more people don’t go here as it was relatively empty for a Saturday evening. Highly recommended for some casual drinks and good food in downtown PHX!

This is the type of place you urge people to come from out of state to. My family and I were visiting from NYC for mothers day weekend when I found this place via OT and is easily the best rsvp I’ve ever made. Kudos to the chef for the delicious extensive buffet options. Everything from the salmon Benedict to the blackened cod, and the creme brûlée French toast literally made my day. I’m already planning to go back! 10/10 recommendation.

The Charcuterie board tasted dry. I felt like it was sitting out for hours before we received it, and the meat on the burgers was RED. We asked them to recook one of the pattys, and it came back red again. Other than the eh food and eh service, the vibes were amazing. It was in a cool location and the couches outside were so cute.
