My daughter and I had breakfast here and it was absolutely delicious! It was a little pricey, but nonetheless worth the money. My daughter has a particularly picky pallet, therefore we had special request that they hit right on the button (I.e. crispy bacon, crunchy potatoes, sausage well done). Service was swift and our server was super attentive. I would definitely recommend and if breakfast was this good, dinner has to be amazing . Five stars from us for the food ;Three for the prices for a combined overall four stars.

Just had an incredible dining experience at Jacys and Dakota's! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was top-notch, and the outdoor atmosphere was electric. From the moment we walked out to the patio, we felt like we were in for a treat. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the menu offered a great selection of dishes that didn't disappoint. We can't wait to go back and do it all again! Highly recommend!

Great ambiance. It’s a hidden gem under the Westin. Cool drink menu and a very attentive. Plus, all the service help knew our name from the reservation. Addressed us formally with every visit to the table. Great find!!

We dined at this restaurant for brunch on Mother's Day. I start off by saying that because that's a tough gig. The restaurant was understaffed but it is definitely someplace I will give another try it's a lovely ambiance and the food was very nice

This is our first time to Jacy & Dakota's at the The Westin. We went there for diner before our concert that evening. The service was great and they were very attentive! We ordered 1 house margarita and a Chardonnay to start. We then ordered as our main entree the J&D Steak & Fries which is a 8oz frilled flat iron steak, cotija fries, chimichurri. We opted for no cotija on the fries and the steak was med-well and we shared it which was enough food for my wife and I. The meat was very tender and flavorful with the garlic aioli. Then we order for desert the Churro fries that had the chocolate & caramel dip on the side. They were very yummy to end the meal. We will stop by again when we are downtown as this is a great stop downtown phoenix to have dinner or drink!

The food was so so good! Everyone in my party agreed! If you have the option, I’d sit inside as it seemed like our waitress would forget about us for awhile. She even said it was hard to remember to come out there. Nothing on her but made for a slower service. Great time regardless!

Managers were great. Waitress seemed new but the managers made up for it. Food is amazing and consistent every time - highly recommend
