Jacob's Spring Grille - Hyatt Regency DFW
The Jacob's Spring Grille is an American restaurant located inside the Hyatt hotel. The restaurant itself is open to all guests, patrons don't have to be staying at the hotel to come in and enjoy the delicious food. Jacob's decor is best described as rustic elegance, taking in inspiration both from the rugged West and the upscale cities of New England
Jacob's menu is a tribute to classic American cuisine. Naturally, because America is such a melting pot, there are plenty of dishes with international influence, but many of the appetizers and entres were conceptualized in the United States. Some of the most popular items include a pork chop with roasted carrots, spring salad with goat cheese and strawberries and a sweet and creamy chocolate cake topped with raspberries.
Ordered a build your own pizza and it was very good. Service was a little for no busier than they were. I was in no hurry so it was fine
My father and myself enjoyed our experience dining at Jacob's. Food was very tasty.
Never got seated even though I had a reservation. Tons of empty tables with piles of dishes on them though. Was informed they had a wait list and apparently that comes before anyone with a reservation. I left and didn't eat. Completely waste of time.
Very nice space, but... Slow service and terrible food. In our party of 8, no one person was happy with their food.
Very good service friendly ambiance The food is average
Always a tasty breakfast and great service
We made reservations, when we got to the restaurant to we were seated immediately. After we were seated we waited at least 20 minutes to even get our drink order. We then waited to same amount of time to order food. Once we received our food we had already been sitting in the restaurant for well over an hour.
Always outstanding service and great food!!
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food came out hot and delicious. The restaurant was a very nice place to dine.
Christmas with the family.
Typical hotel restaurant with convenience the deciding factor for dinning in the hotel. Menu was limited with average service by the wait staff. Hyatt DFW shines at breakfast with a wide range of choices on the buffet including flaky croissants, fresh fruit, and made to order eggs, choice of breakfast meats and potatoes but I recommend skipping this restaurant in favor of a local dinning spot with a broader menu of higher quality offerings.
Jacobs girl was very nice.. The staff was fabulous and they recognized that my friend and I had a special reason for being there... This was our Bon voyage dinner before a flight the next day.. We are friends of 44 years and counting and we were embarking upon a trip of a lifetime... We were celebrating our long friendship and our love of music... The staff presented us with a goodie basket with snacks for our trip And when we went back to our hotel room we found a celebration bottle of wine and 2 glasses waiting for us ! We enjoyed filet minion stakes that were delicious And we take away fond memories of Jacob's grill and the staff... Thank you Jacob's grill..
Excellent service, Excellent food, Quiet and friendly.
If you're meeting someone who has a layover at the DFW airport and want to take them out to eat before their next flight then Jacob's is the place to go. There are no places accessible inside the terminals outside of security and the only other options are in Grapevine outside of the airport altogether. Jacob's is conveniently located in terminal C at the Hyatt Regency and parking outside of the airport is easy to find. My friends had a 3 hour layover and I was able to pick them up at terminal B, drive 5 minutes to terminal C, eat without being rushed and get them back to the terminal for their next flight with plenty of time to spare.
Relaxing friendly place for dinner after long day traveling. Multiple choices for a healthy vegetarian who enjoys more than salad! Prices quite reasonable for what you get.
Fur a restaurant with an airport hotel this was better than average.
