   We had reservations for 4pm. The hostess sat us at a table with no vase of flowers even though the other tables had them. Candles were not lit. Ordered 2 coffees with cream and 2 waters. Waiter bought one cold coffee with cream already in it because he could not find the creamers. All the buffet servers had the tops open. Food was lukewarm at best, while flies sat on the open food. Instead of employees watching over the buffet table to assure the warmers were covered, were too busy getting their own food. W e asked to speak with the Manager, Hannah who was EXTREMELY apologetic. The waiter never said "Happy Mother's Day' or where the dessert and beverage refills were. So disappointing because we have frequented very often not only on holidays but weekends for dinner as well. On a final positive note, fruit, yogurt and salmon were out of this world. We will not be back.

   The Mother’s Day brunch was $60 per person. We were hoping for a charcuterie table but they did not have one. For that cost, we were also hoping for a fresh waffle stand. They only had pre-made waffles under a heat lamp. Definitely not worth $60.

   I had made reservations at Jackson’s about a month and a half ago. And i received subsequent requests to confirm my reservation for a table for 4. I had asked for a quiet area. Upon arrival, I was told that we would be seated in the ballroom of the hotel for the Mother’s Day brunch. Had I been informed of this change of venue and buffet, I would have cancelled. But no one informed me that we would be seated in a cavernous ballroom and have a buffet that caused me to shuttle food to my mother who cannot walk without a walker. Also - given the line queuing into the ballroom, I had to request a wheelchair so she did not have to stand. It was a very disappointing experience.

   I’ve never been to Jackson’s but had heard good things and I was looking forward to it. We picked Jackson’s for Mother’s Day brunch. When we arrived, there was a sign on the door stating that the brunch was being held in the Hilton Ballroom 100 feet away. We were not expecting this. Looking back, it does say the event was being held in the “ballroom” but I assumed they meant the ballroom at Jackson’s. It said nothing about Hilton Hotel. I was expecting something more intimate with the ambiance of a nice restaurant. I would not have booked it if I had known it was in a hotel ballroom because that was not the vibe we were looking for. I do feel that this was a bit of false advertising and purposeful. There were a ton of people (many many more than the restaurant could ever accommodate). Still looking forward to actually trying Jackson’s in the future. The food was average to above average for a buffet. Service was fine. We ordered bottomless mimosas and I didn’t love that we didn’t get new glasses for each round and rather our glass was taken, refilled, and brought back. That’s kind of a personal preference I guess out of fear I would accidentally get someone else’s glass. Overall it was fine. Maybe a little overpriced for a generic ballroom buffet when we were expecting a more intimate and crafted experience.

   The Mother's Day Brunch was very disappointing. The food was cold, the server did not refill our drinks until we were ready to leave. We ordered the bottomless mimosa so that was disappointing. We spent over $250 for three people and the experience was more than disappointing.

   Everything was great. All the appetizers and dinners were good. Waitress was pleasant when interacting but could have been more attentive checking back for drinks.

   Jacksons was a perfect place to have a group of women friends meet for lunch! Everyone loved the atmosphere, the food and the service. We can't wait to go back!

   We celebrated our anniversary and had a delicious meal with attentive service. Our food was cooked to perfection (Mediterranean Sea Bass and Bacon-wrapped Pork Tenderloin). We enjoyed the live music, as well.

    Warm greeting by the hostess. Outstanding service by Nick! Great menu and nice selection of $30 bottles of wine. We were celebrating my husband’s impending retirement as well as a move to Peters township. We were staying at the HGI next door Because of the move. We were not really dressed for a fancy dinner, but absolutely enjoyed everything. The only tuna salad was fantastic and my husband loved the fillet tips. We also devoured the brussels sprout appetizer. Looking forward to coming back.
