Service was bad tonight...not normal but it was pretty bad...she seemed pretty scattered...even though it was not busy...so many things forgotten, never showed up to the table, i could go on an on....we are always 20% tippers but left just 15 tonight.:...i would have liked to leave less bc the service was that bad, but again...we all have our bad days. I hope this was hers. We had more attention from past waiters then our actual waitress 🤦🏼♀️
From the very start the service was amazing. Friendly and helpful without being stuffy. The food was cooked perfectly. The cocktails were delicious but a bit pricey. Would definitely return.
Food items we wanted to order were not available and one main course which we ordered came wrong item.
Waiter added to the bill items we didn’t have.
Our waitresses has horrible customer service.
Did not smile at all.
Ignored me when i was asking questions 3 times
Great food, poor waitress
Went on a Wednesday night for eh CRAVE menu. 45 dollars prix fix. Plenty to choose from and all our dishes were excellent. Started with chopped salad, had the Osso Bucco and then Mango sorbet. All with great flavor and full portion sizes.
Our server, Bill was superb and kept the meal flowing, the table clean and answered all our questions.
The restaurant is very nice with an open kitchen and great bar area.
Wold definitely go back.
Another fabulous evening for my wife and I courtesy of Jackson’s Prime...we took advantage of their Tuesday 1/2 off bottle of wine special. Our choice of wine was the Caymus Cabernet....! What an extraordinary deal....! My wife and I shared a dozen raw oysters as an appetizer....which were all flavorful and delicious. I also had a bowl of smoked tomato soup (with the two cheese sandwiches) which continues to be the culinary “find” in Broward County! For her entree my wife enjoyed JP’s famous stuffed lobster....while I had the Bronzino.....both cooked and served to absolute perfection......as a side dish we had the mushrooms which are always a delight...Rosemary our waitress was an absolute treat....thoughtful and knowledgeable with questions we had about the menu....she was attentive without being overbearing. Jack as always was a kind and gracious host...Highly recommended....!!!!!!
great local option for fone dining
Ribeye was very good. Surf and turf were good. Filets a tad black on top, prefer it not cut in half but then again appreciate the presentation, it looked great. Hot drawn butter was so-so.
Always amazing with consistent quality and service. Favorite restaurant in Broward County.
Marvin is everything!!!$ 💗💗💗
Dinner with friends. Food quality is outstanding. Very pretty inside a spacious dining room and bar. The only glitch was a screaming crying child after 7:30pm that needed to be home and in bed!
One of the best steaks in the whole state of Florida. Amazing service!!!!
First time visit...Excellent food and service. Highly recommended.
Outstanding as always!
The service was great and the atmosphere was amazing unfortunately the food was disgusting. I ordered the beef short ribs and it didn’t have any flavor and my brussel sprouts were burned. My sister ordered the 14oz ribeye and it wasn’t flavored as well. My nieces had the burger and I can assume it was good because they ate it up. The creamed spinach and fries were good. I ask had rum runner, now that drink was awesome. Unfortunately I would not eat here again because 90% of our food was bad.
Just can't understand it. Jackson's it's a really great restaurant. It was when it was on Las Olas and it has been after it's move to 32nd St off A1A.
I was there a couple of weeks ago and had a fabulous evening. Great food, ambience, etc...
But last night it was like Animal House. As soon as we walked in the noise level was deafening, the service was a little slower than usual and the food was not up to their usual quality ( or maybe I was just annoyed by the chaos).
Wondering if they had put out a coupon that attracted a bus load of people who like to scream? Hoping it was just an anomaly.
We went to Jackson Prime for the very first time. We enjoyed the food, it was very good. However, the price is the same as higher caliber steak houses (like Steak 954, Wolfgangs, etc.). The only disappointing occurrence was that I wanted a baked potato instead of mash, and they were not willing to accommodate any substitutions.
Would I go back? Chances are I would not.
Three of the guests food tasted good however my husband’s steak was ordered well done, it came out raw, he sent it back and it came back and was still under cooked. He ordered a baked potato and never received it. Waitress told us she would take the steak off the bill and never did. Instead she bought us dessert that she pushed on us to order. We had no intention of getting dessert. Wish she would have taken off the $48 steak he didn’t even eat.
I hesitate to recommend it. I think it may have been an off night. Wedge salad was awesome. Filet that came with the whole lobster was great.
Best steak in town
Service was Excellent, and this is truly a dining experience. From the moment you walk in you feel at home. Appetizers were fresh, Steaks were excellent and overall experience was very positive. I would recommend to everyone who wants to dine out. A Cut above the rest
We celebrated my husband birthday everything was perfect. The food and staff were awesome.
Had Jay (I think) for waiter. Fantastic food and service.
Jackson's hits the mark consistently. Excellent service and wonderful servers.
our server had zero personality and was not efficient. she brought the bread after the appetizer, she took a while to refill our waters. the food was mediocre, aside from the oysters rockerfeller. my husbands burger was okay, not worth anywhere near 19.00. My roasted chicken was ok..mashed potatoes good but the chicken was hardly crispy and i make a better one myself. Bread basket was super stale. would not return the food is overpriced.
Good, ambiance and staff all wonderful.
This is a can’t miss restaurant. The food created by chef Eddie V is never a disappointment. Easy local and valet parking.
was there for my 30th anniversary and everything was spectacular from service, food, ambiance etc. Could not be happier
Service was fair for the Jackson’s brand. The first 2 wine glasses we received were dirty and one had a bug stuck to the bottom. The specials were very good although my husband’s potatoes were cold. The desserts were fair at best. The banana cream pie was not creamy. It was more like jello texture. We will try again because the main courses were excellent. The specials saved the experience.
We always loved it here at Jackson's Prime and recommended it to others. Friday night was a big disappointment. The service was impersonal at best, actually curt. Jumbo shrimp were excellent to start. Six ounce filet ordered medium rare came out less than rare. Roast chicken was so garlicky, it could have eliminated a whole community of vampires. Garlic was never mentioned in the description.
To be fair, they did take it off the check. Let's hope this was an aberration and they get back to being the place we used to love.
We actually dined at the bar. They have great happy hour specials that aren’t on the regular menu. The service was excellent. The hand crafted cocktails were excellent and the food was wonderful! Truffle fries, deviled eggs, broccoli soup, short ribs, osso bucco, bread pudding and key lime pie! Can you say stuffed?! Glad we aren’t from here or I would need bigger clothes! Haha
Jackson’s Prime is one of our favorite restaurants. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I love the Burt & Jack’s stuffed lobster. The tomato soup with little grilled cheese sandwiches was delightful. My husband enjoyed his Filet Mignon Oscar too.
Better than Capital Grill , we will be back
Once again Jackson’s Prime provided us with a first rate dining experience. From start to finish the cocktails ...appetizer of smoked tomato soup....the filet mignon ..cooked to perfection and the side of mushrooms...all perfect....Our waiter Mac was superb....Thank you Jack Jackson....!
Steaks out of this world cooked to perfection!
Date night with Hubby
Food was Excellent, only thing that was not up to par were mussels, We both had the snapper, I had the hog snapper and husband had the yellow tail, both were superb!
Everything was excellent from the food to the surroundings to the service
It was the best...Food and Service couldn't be better
Food was excellent. The Oyster Rockafeller were the best I've ever had. Shortribs, Stuffed Lobster were great. Will defiantly be going back soon.
