   Our visit to Jackson’s was very good. The food was excellent and the service was attentive without being overbearing. The noise level in the restaurant rises significantly as the restaurant becomes more crowded. We were on the patio area, which was sparsely populated and suitable for conversation when arrived. However, by the time we were midway through our meal the room was full and the noise level made easy conversation difficult. This is just a function of design, so it’s not really a complaint, just something to be aware of if you’re looking for a quiet dining experience. My only real complaint is with their wine prices and the pour size relative to price for wines by the glass. You’d be much better off bringing your own wine than ordering off their list.

   We would not go back. Indifference and slow service combined with eating “in a box” with no ambiance far outweigh any reason to return.

   Jacksons did not reserve the table we requested nor gave us a call to say it was already reserved. We came in and asked if they had reserved that table, and the hostess couldn't confirm. It seems like they just forgot about our request. Also, they were very very rude and unprofessional. Never again.

   We had Thanksgiving at Jackson’s the Steak and Cod were exceptional! The Thanksgiving Turkey was good. The ambiance and cocktails were exceptional! Service was good. Only downside was we were on the covered outside patio and the rain drops were coming in sporadically- although we were toasty with the heaters.

   The food was quite good. The service was as well. We were seated quickly and the servers were attentive and friendly. The noise level was sufficient that other diners were raising their voices to be heard in their groups.

   The place was nice, and the food was great, and the service was wonderful! A rather nice ambiance, but not that comfortable. The area in which we were seated had hard wooden tables and chairs, and quite rustic in decor, which is probably more enticing to the younger demographic. It was not really that comfortable for a table of 4 "senior citizens". It was a Birthday Celebration and they did bring a out a delicious complimentary shareable dessert, which was greatly appreciated!

   First drink took 20 minutes for arrive, I stated we had movies and need to order ASAP but Food still too way too long and we had to leave hungry with boxes to go.

    The restaurant was short staffed. We sat for over 10 minutes before being acknowledged and then took another 10 minutes to come and take our order. The food was not the best and it was not hot.
