Food was excellent,Service was great had zero complaints would definitely go back again
Food lacked flavor and was very greasy. Waitstaff was attentive. Restaurant was well decorated and decent enough for a bite in a casino.
I had the special, white fish with the creamed shrimp on top, it was burut and very dried out,had no flavor, brussels sprouts also burnt and hard. Larry had cheesesteak sub, it was just, OK, seafood chowder tasted like a veggie soup,
Hubby and I wanted to enjoy a valentine's dinner and belated anniversary out of the house; After reading reviews about Jack's we were interested in trying it. For those unaware, as we were, Jack's is situated INSIDE the RiverCrest Casino. We had our temperature checked upon entrance into the casino. A manager closed a terminal after checking my husband's temperature because he needed to use the machine, and insisted I move to another line. I was separated from my husband and was behind 5 others--who were not socially distancing within the line. When we were both in the casino, signs were well-placed indicating directions to Jack's--took about 4 minutes to get there upon entrance. When we arrived at the hostess stand, we were greeted and asked if we wanted a table or booth. There was no reference to asking if we had reservations, and no indication that we were celebrating something special as indicated on the Open Table app. I responded that we had reservations, and would like a booth. Our wait staff was attentive at first, and then was M.I.A after we placed our order. We had to ask another server when we needed something. My husband ordered the Chicken Alfredo, which came with charred chicken and a bowl of sauce with few noodles. It was a soup! He then ordered a burger which also came out charred. Our experience left us hungry and disappointed.
The food was amazing and worth every penny. I will returen
Pre valentine day brunch , great outing
Good comfort food prepared quickly and served hot.
My husband & I enjoyed a delicious lunch at Jack's with excellent service. It was so nice to be out & know we were in safe, relaxing surroundings. All safety protocols were in place & we had a wonderful date night! Thank you!
Service was good. But the food and drinks were amazing. I had the Salmon with the Sweet Rita drink. While my husband had the Bang Bang shrimp, BBQ dry rub wings, & rolls.
We had a pleasant experience eating at Jack's. We were seated outside in beautiful weather. The staff served us promptly and they were very pleasant. My friend ordered a great cocktail and we both had the burger platters. The price was great and we will most certainly eat there again.
My family and I had a really good time . We felt safe, relaxed I would come back again.
I have been to Jack's three times. Twice I had the salmon which was delicious, The vegetables under the salmon were very tasty, meager serving of vegetables, but tasty. On my most recent visit, I had the salmon. I noticed I didn't have as much guacamole this time, but the meal is still a favorite of mine at Jack's. I did not care one iota for the key lime pie which I ordered on my first visit. I will not order that again, and I have warned my friends about the key lime pie. Is it even food? It tasted like something out of a test tube. I described it to a friend as a sweetened, artificially-colored synthetic lard. I suspect the cheese cake might be similar. I would be reluctant to order it. The root beer float however was fantastic. The serving staff were also fantastic.
Very pleasant dining experience. My meal was delicious and the service was excellent! Hasam was very attentive and had a great personality!
They messed up two out of 4 of our food orders
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. The service was awful , so slow to even get our drinks and food and then no one came back for awhile to see if we needed anything else. The food was just O:K.
I was pleasantly surprised by the experience, a remarkable value for a casino restaurant. The food was much better than I anticipated, cooked perfectly with crisp veggies & creamy mashed. Prices were good. There were some minor service issues, probably to be expected for a new joint only recently opened. The host, however, should have done better with the little things.
3 solid stars, with a good chance of rising to 4 on our next visit.
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food for a restaurant in the middle of a casino. Everything we we ordered was delicious, especially the pot roast!
