    I've patronized all 4 iterations of Jackelope and hope this current opening can capitalize on the stunning ambience. The mussle appetizer was overpriced and under brothed, with meat the size of a thumbnail, while the trout dip was a nice variant to valley choices.

    The wait staff is amazing and we enjoyed the whole experience! We have been here pre pandemic and we were very sad when they closed for a period of time! Extremely happy to see them reopen! We live the ambiance and the food and the service! 5 stars are not enough!❤️

    Food and service was outstanding. Had dinner at 5:00, it was way too cold, people were moving outside to get by the heaters. They did turn the fans off eventually which made it a pleasant evening.

    Overall quite good. Landscaping is absolutely beautiful. The cheeseburger I had was awesome and I like their french fries. My amaretto sour cocktail was real good too. Thrilled about the music.

    Our dinner meal at Jackalope Ranch was fantastic. We ate out back in the garden; it was a beautiful setting. The menu was varied, and the portions were generous. Our server was most pleasant and attended to all our needs. Would definitely recommend.

    The staff was professional, friendly & attentive. Our food (ribs) came out quickly. The side of onion rings/sauce is must! The ribs were very tasty! Neither of we’re fans of the beans.

    Landscaping/scenery/ambience was the best thing. Had live music. Our waitress was very friendly and informative. They need more wait staff for the rush hours. Would make a return visit.

    We sat on the patio, beautiful night. The musician playing music was SO loud that we could not even have a conversation! We asked multiple time to lower it, never changed. Food was not great, service was VERY slow and no follow up on drinks etc.

    Food was great. Atmosphere was very nice as well. We had the Tri-tip, 1/2 rack of ribs, 1/2 chicken and lobster sliders and they were very good and reasonably priced. We thought the drink prices were a bit hefty. Service was mostly good except that our table was never cleaned until after our bill was paid, even appetizer dishes were still on the table.

    I ordered the pork chops "rare to medium rare" and they were like jerky. The fact they were only 1/4" thick may have something to do with it. My wife ordered the smoked meatloaf which I'd bet my life wasn't smoked but made with liquid smoke. When I asked our waitress if she thought my chops were rare to medium rare she said no but offered nothing to rectify the problem. We both really like the property and the bar scene looked like something we'll check out during a happy hour.

    Food is great but service is a very basic. Our food was delivered even before our drinks arrived which kind of ruined the timing if the meal. The decor is cool and food is good but somehow the service makes You feel like you are in a diner instead of a more upscale restaurant. Staff are nice but very young and seem inexperienced

    Everything was great. Good service, good food, great scenery. But I recommend sitting at the bar area and not at the top. Seems that service is better there. Enjoy!

    We were excited about Jackalope reopening, by far, one of the best surrounding for a restaurant. Unfortunately, our dinner was a big disappointment. First, our cocktails we ordered did not come out till we started eating our dinner, even though we asked the waitress where they were. The ribs were good at best, other items OK but the food came out warm not hot. The outdoor bench seats were very uncomfortable, and the cushions did not fil the entire bench. Sorry to say, after the long wait for the reopening, we won't be back. Don't understand why the office of the restaurant is in the front when you walk in with the staff all working on their computers. Strange spot for an office.

    We were so excited to go back to Jackalope as it has re-opened but we were sad to see a lot of the vegetation has overgrown  and blocked the view at the rocks & waterfalls.  The happy hour is different than the old one but the appys were good,  however, we found the margaritas were watered down and smaller than they used to be. Overall, our meal was good, but I hope they will do more garden work and improve the cocktails during happy hour. Will try again!

    This was the first time we ate there since it reopened. We always planned a night there when we were in the area before they suddenly closed during the COVID shutdown. The only real problem was the about 30 minute wait between when we were seated and our orders were taken. Who we assumed was a manager stopped by twice and promised that a server would be by to take our orders shortly. Eventually that happened. The manager comped us a couple of dinner salads because of the wait. The food was tasty and plentiful. Had to get a couple of doggie bags. Good beer and wine selections.

    I feel the food was not adequate subpar by best. It was our second try don’t know that we’ll be back. So sad to have such great atmosphere poor food, There were five of us, and nobody finished their plates , not a good sign .please work on flavors. New chef something has to change. Please listen I would hate to see it close a second time. Concerned customer.

    What a gorgeous restaurant. They are starting to have bands outback early evening which is a great addition! The grounds are spectacular. Service and food was good. Cocktail was good as well. Win win!

    Four lady friend had dinner at Jackalope. We were seated promptly but then waited quite a long time (10 Minutes) before we had to ask for water and menus. After that, the service was great. The food was outstanding. If you choose to be seated in the dining room, the noise level is quite high. If you can be seat outside on the patio, you will be able to enjoy conversation much More.

    We were happy to be experiencing Jackalope again after its closure for so long. We dined outside on a beautiful evening listening to the waterfalls Our server (MaryAnne) was delightful. She was very busy but personable and professional. We will be back soon
