   I had been there before also went to the new one that is now in Vegas, and Council Bluffs could train and show them a thing or two. I know maybe Council Bluffs might have Omaha steaks but it’s more than what kind of steaks they carry, since also have the shrimp, and it’s also very good. Sure am glad I can drive to Council Bluffs to Jack Binnions . I will have to find a different place to eat in Vegas. Just another note the BLT that was there before was better.

   We kept getting wafts of smoke from the casino. I tried to order the pasta and our waiter told me not to, said people don’t really like it and it comes back to the kitchen 80 percent of the time. Got a salad instead. Pretty disappointed.

    I just feel every time we go there lately we’ve been disappointed, crabcakes came out cold food took a very long time ..although our waiter was apologetic. For the amount of money you pay to go and eat there. It was very mediocre.

    Sadly, the setup is still more than the substance at JB. We ordered steaks well done. The first time, we basically got rare. We sent it back and one of them at best was medium rare in the center upon its return. If you are a steakhouse and that's supposedly your forte, you have to get that right. The server was kind and understanding, but if you do steaks, you have to do them right.

    we really enjoyed our date night and the food was fabulous we had some wonderful prime and fillet and salmon cake and lots of sides and everything was scrumptious all the way down to the butter and the alcohol lol super good can't wait to come back!

    Went in because of special event in casino! We had 5:00 reservations. We knew we only wanted steaks and a side! Husband ordered a porterhouse and I order a filet migon and with mashed potatoes! Steaks were delicious! Mashed potatoes were lukewarm! Told the waiter and he took back and after about five minutes brought back a semi warm not hot mashed potatoes! Husband steak had a lot of grizzle and was tough! Will never order porterhouse again! And mashed potatoes we’re disappointing

    Matt did a great job serving. We had the Sea Bass, which was the special and was perfectly done. The staff is needing more help, but it was a great evening.

    We had salmon, shrimp, pork chops, and the pasta special. All prepared perfectly. I would recommend the brussels sprouts. Service as always from Jeff, excellent.

    Our Valentine’s Day dinner was perfect. From the moment we entered the restaurant we knew we were about to have an outstanding dining experience all around. The hostess, server, bartender and chefs were all so welcoming and refreshingly happy to be there! Dinner was perfect! Starting with our bar drinks. It’s the little details that make a perfect drink muddled cherries in the Manhattan and the lemon twist in the Lemon Head martini. The crab cakes with tarragon aioli were quite possibly the best we have ever had. The Caesar salad has homemade Caesar dressing and large Parmesan cheese crisps. Both our filets were cooked perfectly medium rare and melted in our mouths. One of the amazing chefs Ian brought our steaks to our table. Our side choice was smoked Gouda mac and cheese it was very creamy and full of flavor. Mike our server was very helpful, and gave wonderful recommendations. Like the special Valentine Cake and espresso dessert martini . My boyfriend loved the crème brûlée with fresh berries Thank you for a memorable and special Valentine’s Day. The questions to get to know your partner were a great touch and we leaned new things about each other.

    I can’t even begin to describe what a PERFECT experience we had while dining at Jack Binion’s. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS, but the service we received from our waiter, Jeff, was AMAZING!! In all of my years of dining out, I have never been so pleased with the wait staff. Not only was his service impeccable, but he was one of those guys you’d love to take home to meet your parents… just an all around good ole midwestern guy.

    The Prime Rib was outstanding, one of the most tender I have ever had. Crab cakes were very good. Onion Soup was amazing. Service was a little slow, and it took awhile to get drinks, but was not horrible. Overall, it was very good. Dont worry about dress code, lots of people in Jeans, and causal wear. I will be going back.

    Had crab legs at $120, husband had ribeye which is normally great… terrible!, crab legs flavorless. Other 2 dinners with friends were just good. But $352.00 for a meal that’s not good is disappointing. Waitress was outstanding!!!

    Jeff, our server, was awesome as always. We ventured out and ordered the pesto chicken...wouldn't recommend. The pesto is more like a paste than a sauce. Our server described the dish perfectly and alerted us that it was not very "saucy," but we decided to order it anyway. Won't order that again. HOWEVER, the shrimp scampi appetizer was wonderful as usual!! In the future, I'll stick with the prime rib or filet which is consistently perfect.

    I had heard of Binion's years ago and had different expectations based on previous feedback. Nevertheless, the restaurant was good but not great, as I had expected. We were recommended to order the "fan favorite" shrimp scampi as our appetizer and it was good but no where near great. I wanted the Prime Rib but they were out (personally I think restaurants should post in advance when they're out of a signature dish in advance of seating you). I wasn't up for a steak as I had one a couple of days prior so I instead ordered the pork chop dish and my girlfriend had the salmon. Both dishes were good but no so outstanding as to deserve their pricetags. The brussel sprouts on the other hand were great! I was truly hoping for a better experience .

    I had the filet and though I used a steak knife to cut, could have used my butter knife as it was so tender and lots of flavor. I would highly recommend the Brussels sprouts as they were fantastic.
