   Frederick was our waiter. He was professional and at the same time warm, welcoming, fun, knowledgeable, attentive, and THE BEST. Food is excellent. The steaks melt in your mouth.

   We enjoyed our dinner at Binion's Steakhouse. The chopped salad was delicious with fresh and crisp lettuce, tomatoes, grilled corn, shredded carrots, and bacon with plenty of chunky bleu cheese and a tasty white French dressing. The 7 oz petite filet mignon was cooked to medium rare, just as we ordered. The tasso ham and cheddar cheese grits were quite good. The star of the meal was the bourbon glazed pecan bread pudding with ice cream. ... Chef's kiss! We will return. Staff is very personable. Prices are a little high but not so much so that we wouldn't return. L We look forward to our next visit.

   Food is ALWAYS salty and something easy as making a steak was also ruined. Came here two nights in a row, first night had sea bass and second had filet mignon. Sea bass was extremely salty and waiter was supposed to pour shrimp beurre blanc on it but forgot. Second night, filet was ordered medium rare but came out medium to medium well. How did i know? Because the tips were fully cooked and the center was very light pink. But waiter CONSTANTLY defended the cook. Told him give me a rare one, the rare came out and it was 100% different; steak not burnt, red in the center and tips were not well done. I told waiter how in the world is there such a big difference between rare and medium rare. Food is terrible and for a "steakhouse" that is disappointing. The only redeeming quality is the lump crab cocktail, the easiest item to make on the menu since you just take a handful of crab meat and dump it on a plate.

    Was very disappointed that there was no menu as shown on OT, just a buffet style meal with kids running around. Definitely not the experience I was looking forward to to treat my mom for Mother’s Day. Not at all.

    The wait for our food was very long! We waited 10-15 minutes before our server ever came to our table after we were seated to take our drink order. When he did finally come, he was very nice and polite. We went ahead and ordered our starter and meal because we had waited that long that we already knew what we wanted. It took over 30 minutes before our food was ready and my husband wasn’t feeling well so we had to get it boxed up to go. When we got to the room the steak was not cooked how we asked so we ate only a couple of bites of it. We have eaten here several times before but this time it was so slow and the food was subpar. For the price I paid for the bill it was not worth it. I’m not sure if I will return.

    Wedge salad was great. I had 7 oz filet. I ordered it RARE and it was cooked fabulously. Also had the grilled asparagus and it was outstanding as well. Great casino steak house experience!

    I ordered everything from an appetizer to soup to a steak and sides! My steak had to be cooked more but everything else was perfect. I was the only person left in the restaurant as I dined late. I did find it disturbing that I received 3 shrimp for $25 for my shrimp cocktail order. They are on the expensive side and dinner for one with 2 glasses of wine was over $160. But overall, the food and service were great.

    From the second you walk into Binions Steak House you can feel the elegance and high quality. The service is incredible, very welcoming the second you walk in. We had the short rib ravioli as an appetizer which was amazing. Followed but the crab bisque which was a beautiful palate cleanser into the steak. We both got 7 oz filet cooked to perfection.     Was trying to figure where to go for anniversary dinner. Everyone loves 2Johns, but it does not give me that wow moment from the atmosphere to food. Jack Binions hit it out of the ball park! From the atmosphere to the wait staff, Fredrick our waiter was great, the food was fabulous! My new anniversary place and every other ocassion I can chose to go.

    There were 4 of us in our party. Our server was very good - attentive, very knowledgeable, made sure we were doing well. Food was mixed reviews - Prime rib ordered by my brother-in-law was mostly gristle, non edible, very little meat. The twice baked potato was charred on top. Our filet mignon was good. A little overcooked, but it was tasty. The corn and grits were not as flavorful as the waiter suggested they were. Not what we remembered from eating there pre-covid.

    This is one of the biggest restaurant disappointments of my adult life. I knew it would be expensive but I expected the quality to match the cost. It did not. The hostess was not very friendly and sat us in the back near the servers station. This lead to my wife being bumped into on several occasions by the servers as they went from table to table. They keep the dining area very dark, almost to dark, but they do use backlite menus which worked well. My main issues was with the food. My wife ordered a Surf and Turf with a Filet Mignon and scampi-style Prawns. Her steak was cook medium-rare which was fine but the shrimp was inedible. She said that it was the worst taste she had every experienced. It basically ruined the rest of the meal. She was unable to eat the rest of her meal. I called over the waiter and explained the situation and he took it to, who I found out later, was the head of the restaurant, and he smelled it and then they took the dish away back behind the kitchen. The waiter came out later and said he was sorry and they would make it right. So because my wifes meal was over that pretty much meant my meal was over as well. So we sat there for 15 minutes before the waiter came back around. My wife ordered a coffee and the 7-layer cake to get the awful shrimp taste out of her mouth. This took another 20 minutes. I understand the cake taking a few minutes but coffee should have been available quickly. Even though my wife ordered the coffee they brought me one as well. The 7-layer cake was fine but it was cold, like it had just been taken out of the freezer. It did not taste fresh. The waiter brought the bill and they had taken of the shrimp and just charged for the Filet. It would have been nice if they would have comped the cake or even the coffee but they even charged me for the 2nd one that I did not order. What makes me so mad is the fact that the restaurant manger did not even say a word to us. Will Never Go AGAIN!!!

    Second time our food were botched inedible. We ordered Red Snapper Pontchartrain and 10oz filet mignon. The snapper was very salty and the filet was undercooked. Sent that back and was still undercooked the second time. This was the second time the steak was undercooked and had to be cooked again and still not cooked right. The last time was undercooked twice then the third time they brought the steak out, it was too well done. The place is so dark that when the steaks come out, you can't tell if they're cooked right or not. Has to shine a flashlight to see the cut. Price is a little more expensive than high end steak houses outside of the casino. Too bad that steaks and the snapper dishes were so bad that we probably won't go back.

    So here is some real truth about this place! Our waiter was perfect, the atmosphere was pleasant, the food was trash with the exception of the crab cakes, complimentary bread, and crab bisque. Honestly our dining experience started off strong and we were very excited the bread and multiple flavors of butter was excellent our appetizer of crab cakes was delightful and even my husband's crab bisque was phenomenal. He and his friend ordered prime rib medium rare and king crab legs. I ordered halibut and a lobster. My friend ordered the cheddar potato soup in a bread bowl. My halibut was very flaky however it was Bland it had no flavor my Lobster was chewy and again had no flavor it was not sweet it was rubber garbage. Her bread bowl was burnt and to be honest I could have made better potato cheddar soup in a crock pot at home. The prime rib was ultra thin my husband's was medium rare as he asked his friends was overcooked and they both said it was flavorless. The au jus and horseradish should be complementary to the steak it was absolutely mandatory in order to eat it. The crab was literally tasteless my husband said he would have rather had cardboard soaked in Old Bay. I go to five star restaurants a few times a year this by far was a disappointment and the worst part of it is this absolute mess of a meal cost us almost $700! When I tell you I saw that bill and almost passed out I'm not joking I was like you have got to be kidding me I 1,000% do not recommend wasting your money on this go to the pizza joint downstairs it was fabulous and worth all $75 we spent! It worst of all when the manager was told this he couldn't even be bothered to come out to our table and talk to us.
