Jack Binion's Steak House - Horseshoe Bossier City
My wife and I went out enjoyed the best steaks in the SBC
I have had dinner at the steakhouse numerous times and have NEVER been disappointed in any part of the experience. HIGHLY recommended!!
Food was overrated. Waiter was polite and attentive. This is a place to go if you happen to be staying at the casino, not for an upscale dinner experience.
Wonderful staff was our 28 th wedding anniversary they made it extremely special I will definitely be back even though my wife filet was cold my ribeye was awesome they did try very hard to fix the problem I just love those folks they serenaded is with a do-wop style song my girl we we so pleased can’t wait to go back
They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed
We have never had a bad meal or experience eating at JB's at Horseshoe Bossier City. Our favorites are the lump crab meat cocktail, the ribeye and the sea bass.
Excellent experience. Food was great. Can't say enough about waiter, Cleveland. Possibly the best server we've ever had, anywhere. Fantastic!
Steak was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Crab bisque is fantastic and love the bread basket. My only complaint was the Cesar salad wasn’t very good. But overall a wonderful experience and will definitely go again.
One of the must try spots in Bossier City, LA. The serve prime beef in a great setting with great service. I am mostly a steak purist but the Filet au Poivre is out of this world.
One of my favorite places to eat in Bossier. Everything on the menu is excellent. The staff is very friendly. Wonderful place for dinner & to relax.
I recently dined at Jack Binion's Steakhouse as a treat for my mom's 91st birthday. We enjoyed it tremendously! The ambiance was good. The noise level was low. You can actually hold a quiet conversation. The fillets mignon we both had were exceptional. They were cooked exactly as ordered, very tender and delicious. Our sides of dinner salads and potatoes au gratin were good. The only thing that topped the food was the service. The hostess was extremely friendly and our lead and assistant waiters were outstanding! Solicitous but not hovering. Anticipated our needs. Even surprised us with some yummy bread pudding and ice cream with a birthday candle on top. Highly recommend.
As always very nice! Service excellent and watching sun setting table always great! Crab cocktail always good! Fish ponchatrain was excellent! Crash Augustine e cell Ent also ! Everybody at my table left very happy! Will go back!
The quality of food has gone down hill over the last few visits to Jack Binion's Steak House. Additionally, the person cooking the steaks must have changed because you no longer get you steak cooked the way you order. We were there 3 weeks ago and I ordered the large fillet cooked medium and it came bloody rare. This week I had the same steak and ordered it medium and received it well done with no pink at all. We will not be going back for a while.
wife and I have eaten there several times. This past Saturday was excellent. It was as if a big change had come over the place. Everything from top to bottom was outstanding
I was very disappointed. This was my first visit to Jack Binions and I thought it would be really good. I ordered the filet and lobster (surf and turf) but the steak had no flavor but cooked well. And the lobster was burned on the bottom of lobster . I didn’t want to complain or ask to recook after already waiting about 30-40 minutes. I would have enjoyed the seafood buffet better. I eat there all the time and am always beyond satisfied.
Over all the it was ok at best. When we first sat down, third was a casino host sitting a few tables from us and she was just being obnoxiously loud. Loud to the point where we started to leave.
Service was excellent but the food was ok. My wife’s blackened prime rib was good, unfortunately my 60.00 ribeye steak was not. It has no flavor and had so much char that I could not force my self to eat more than a few bites. Over all for the amount of money that we spent on dinner, it was not worth it.
Great food, worth the wait. The staff is very accommodating!!
We had a wonderful evening. The food was great, the wine was not too pricey and the service was outstanding. The steaks were exceptional. This is a great value and if you want a quiet, intimate setting, the booths cannot be beat!
Exceptional service and food. The prime rib was the thickest cut of prime rib I have ever eaten! Tender and juicy, excellent. A bit pricey, but for a special occasion well worth it.
My wife and I had a very positive experience at the steakhouse. Our server was outstanding. I’m sorry that I can’t recall his name. I do remember that he mentioned he was a jockey at the racetrack. He was very friendly and really deserves a pat on the back. The grouper was excellent. Well worth the money.
Best overall steak house, can’t be beat, excellent food and service....ask for Fred
Have always enjoyed the steakhouse at Horseshoe Bossier City. The food is always delicious. The filet a la oscar is my favorite, while my husband always gets the sea bass. It never disappoints. Our server Jaaron was attentive and so friendly and genuine.
It took a good 10-15 min for a waiter to tend to our needs. There was a wait staffer/ assistant who started us with water but that’s it. We ordered coffee and it took forever because they were “brewing fresh coffee”. It came out barely above room temperature. We split a wedge salad, my wife ordered no tomatoes(I think it had extra tomatoes). He sat them down and was not even attentive to us trying to explain the tomatoes. We each ordered a filet(both medium rare), mushrooms and roasted cauliflower. The cauliflower was hard as a rock and I could not even cut with steak knife. The steaks were medium at best and the mushrooms tasted like it had cafeteria gravy on them. We couldn’t even eat the food and after expressing to the waiter he only took the cauliflower off bill. That was the worst $130 I’ve ever spent. Needless to say I would not return for the simple fact of how awful the service was but the food(for a so called upscale steak restaurant) was horrible.
Not for a steak. My New York and my husband's T-Bone were not tender and juicy. Not a good value for the money.
Was an enjoyable evening with food delicious. Had Bulmaro as our server and he did an excellent job in making the evening!!
Service was slow and food was barely warm. Will not return.
Best experience in dining in a long time. Parmesan Crab appetizer was awesome. The first time I had it. ( I saved some to go with my filet mignon)
The Caesar salad was great with that sweet strip of maple bacon
The 7 oz. Filet Mignon was cooked medium rare to perfection.
I had Pinot Grigio.
A great evening with Rio and Antonio. Hats off to Binions. Will I be back ? Without a doubt!
The Filet Oscar is divine! The bread basket before dinner with the 3 awesome butters was about all I needed though. Yum!
Should have a little more lighting. Difficult to see menu.
The food is good but this is our second time going and I must say the servers are impeccable. We travel and are frequent diners of fine dining and Hands down some of the best servers we have had.
We have eaten at Jack Binion’s Steakhouse on several occasions. They have consistently earned our loyalty with their desire to give us a pleasant experience.
The food is always cooked to perfection. (My favorites are the small fillet and the salmon.) Our waiter (we request Rio) is personable and attentive. This place has it all. And that is why we continue to dine at Binions.
It was perfect as always.....I love it and my Husband enjoyed his birthday meal.....everything was great...thank you so much for always pleasing me...….Wanda
Always have a very great meal at Jack Binions Steak House. Service is always suburb.
We ordered prime rib. Ok. The carrots and bread were really salty! The sides also was way overpriced!
The service is outstanding. The menu has a good selection of items. I have never had a bad meal.
Overall. we had a very good experience. The service was very friendly and helpful and welcoming.
We split a prawn appetizer and it was definitely enough for two! Excellent flavor and huge.
My wife had the grouper and again it was a large portion but very well cooked.
I had the surf and turf...the filet was excellent but my lobster was a little overcooked and a little tough but still was good. The wine was reasonable for a nice restaurant. Again, overall it was a very nice experience.
All the food was excellent, service great. Our waiters were attentive and helpful.
A great time as always.
The server, Jarvis. Is what made this meal so great. He is a wonderful person
We love to dine at Jack Binion's Steak House in Bossier City. We eat there every time we come to Shreveport. The food is always great. The wait staff is top notch and the food is some of the best I've ever had. Thank you so much for always making our dining experience the very best!!
The Rib-Eye steak, Prime Rib and Sea bass are always our favorites. The crab bisque is to die for, and all the bread and sides are always perfect!! Talk about desert!! Yummy!!!!
