   Fantastic birthday party! Instead of dinner pre-set we chose our favourite lobster miso, special uni hand-roll, which is a must try, wagyu carpaccio and large sashimi to share. Our friends added several sublime torched sushis, it was a feast! Thank you Sophie and the team for great service and a beautiful candle presentation:) last but not least the sprits cocktails are so wonderfully refreshing!

   Paul's amazing sprits cocktails were sublime, so refreshing in the warming spring. Three of us enjoyed an updated pre-set dinner menu at $125, while Andrei preferred ala-cart. His fave lobster miso was a bit bigger than ours in pre-set, yet we treasured every sip. Sashimi selection was insanely fresh, putting most other sushi places to shame. Mouthwatering torched sushi and handrolls filled us up very quickly; with that in mind, pre-set is a great value. We failed to try Andrei's wagyu carpaccio, but he claimed this carpaccio is the best in town. Sophie's service was second to none, thank you Jabistro team!

   Dear Nana-san and Riku-san, I hope this message finds you both well. I recently had the pleasure of dining at JaBistro in Toronto, Ontario at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. As a Vietnamese-born Canadian citizen currently living in Mississauga, Ontario, I was thrilled to experience such a memorable evening at your beautiful restaurant. From the moment I arrived, Nana-san provided exceptional service with warm hospitality and attentiveness throughout the dinner. Every course from the Dinner Tasting Menu was beautifully presented and exceeded expectations. The lobster miso soup was rich and comforting, and the premium sashimi platter showcased the chef’s masterful selection of fresh, high-quality fish. The aburi featuring pressed salmon, ebi, and the signature Jabistroll offered delightful flavours and textures. The nigiri course was absolutely outstanding, especially the maguro trio (akami, chu-toro, and o-toro), uni, and the wagyu topped with foie gras — a truly luxurious experience. Ending with the yuzu sorbet with sake jelly provided a perfect, refreshing finish. I also appreciated Riku-san’s thoughtful message through OpenTable following my visit. It reflects the genuine care and dedication of the entire JaBistro team. Thank you once again for delivering an unforgettable dining experience.    I highly recommend the restaurant, atmosphere, service, menu, and taste. Especially for Japanese people, it is an environment where you can eat as if you were in Japan. Please visit us when you come to Toronto.

   Traveled from Buffalo NY to try some restaurants in Toronto. Hands down best sushi I have had and I am a sushi nut. Service was exceptional and menu was perfect not to many options quality over quantity. Highly recommend.
