Such a lovely place to enjoy a delicious, relaxing meal. Service is outstanding. Wide ala carte menu selection. Everything was prepared just as we asked.

Recommend you make a reservation the day before. On Weekends at least 2 to 3 days before. We made our reservation first thing Thursday morning. When I checked 3 hours later they were completely booked for that evening. Everything was exceptional! The appetizers, our dinners and deserts we couldn’t say enough about the food. The manager came by our table 2 times. We enjoyed a 5 minute conversation, he was very personable. Chris was our server he was excellent. We never had to request for anything. As he would walk by he would notice every little detail and addressed them. We will absolutely be back with guest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This was our 2nd trip to J. Michaels and it was not up to par with the first. The food was excellent, although all the sides arrived well after our steaks. Our server was friendly and helpful, however, she was impacted by the slow kitchen service and big crowd. We were seated in a side room with a group of 10 and two families with babies. One of the managers apparently knew the large party and was overly communicative with a large booming voice. Not exactly the enjoyable birthday celebration we were looking for. Given the rather proud prices on the menu, we will look for greater value next time.

2 lobster dinners. 1 was ordered steamed. 1 was ordered broiled. Both came steamed. But the major issue they were very tough and chewy. Brussel sprouts were very burnt. Waiter was pleasant and friendly. Very slow between courses. I would never order this again.

Had exceptional service from our server, Michelle. She always goes out of her way to make sure everything is to our satisfaction. We always ask for her when we dine at J Michael Prime. The food was delicious and everyone was very happy with their meal.

JMichael’s is usually our go to for special occasions and usually does not disappoint. This time around was a bit off. They used to provide a great assortment of breads as part of the meal service but now they charge $10 for the basket. We ordered this and there was maybe 5 halves (being generous) of different types of bread in the basket. Definitely not worth $10. In addition, the salads were extremely small that came out. Steaks tasted good as usual and one of the reasons I gave at least three stars. Last, they were out of chocolate cake and gave us some kind of chocolate something to go and it was probably an equivalent amount of a small pudding cup. Was not worth it. For the prices you pay at this place you expect better. Will probably search for a different special occasion restaurant now.

As always J Michaels never fails to deliver an experience. Though this is not cost effective for everyday it is a place to experience for events and special occasions.
