   We both ordered the filets. The steak was slightly overcooked on each, but it was still delicious. The sides and salad are still the best in town. Unfortunately, they stop serving the crunchy sourdough bread and have some sort of fried pita w a tomato tapenade that I didn’t care for. I heard they got a new chef just last week. Hopefully it was a fluke!

   First time, and won't be the last. Dillon was outstanding as a server, both in his work, and his appropriate conversation. It was a quiet Monday, which we loved, and the food, along with the special attention given on our anniversary, were memorable. This was a better experience than we have had "going into Atlanta," and we look forward to many more trips north to Canton to enjoy J. Michael's Prime.

   Was absolutely amazing - it’s the second time we’ve come, and the steaks are to die for. We love the wet-dried filets. Chris H was our waiter, very responsive, explained the menu well, no complaints at all. The cocktails were strong and well made. 5-stars!

   We had a wonderful dinner this evening. Michelle, our waiter, was fantastic. She was timely and engaging and the food was terrific as usual.

   J. Michael’s Prime is hands down one of my favorite restaurants. The atmosphere is upscale yet welcoming, the food is consistently outstanding, and the service is top-tier. The steaks are always perfectly cooked, the sides are flavorful and generous, and every detail feels intentional. Huge shoutout to Jason—his service is impeccable. He’s professional, attentive, and truly makes the dining experience memorable. When he’s taking care of your table, you know you’re in great hands.    We LOVE J. Michael Prime! My boyfriend and I had dinner there last night for his birthday and it was amazing as per usual!! The valet boys are always so friendly and nice, it was raining when we left and the boys offered me an umbrella without me even asking, so thoughtful. The host was very nice and helpful. Our server Tiffany was literally so sweet! She truly made the dinner experience even better. Very attentive to our needs, along with her assistant. Johnny was also so nice and friendly even gave us a free side just because! My boyfriend got a free dessert which we LOVED. The food is literally so good, we always get elk and filet! The appetizers are also amazing, the oysters and meatball risotto are delish. Just overall and amazing experience. We always come for birthdays, holidays, anniversary’s, etc. Couldn’t recommend J. Michael enough for any occasion. The restaurant and atmosphere are truly great! We can’t wait to eat there again! :)

   Such a fabulous dinner! Service was the right amount of attentive without being too much, iykyk. Course timing was a nice pace without being rushed. Our meals were great, fresh and exactly how we requested. Cocktails were so so good. Great recommendations from our server, Jason. He was friendly and helpful. Will be requesting him next time. Thanks for a great evening! We really enjoyed ourselves.

   Though we have lived in Georgia for six years, we have rarely gone to Canton for anything, let alone a meal. The drive from Woodstock is not long, but we tend to go downtown Woodstock or south...we are just oriented in that direction due to our jobs, children, and grandchildren. Our daughter, who lives in Utah, gave my husband a birthday gift certificate to J. Michael's Prime, and we had a wonderful dining experience. We started with salads: my husband had the Caesar, and I chose the JMP House salad. We both agreed that everything was fresh, crunchy, and tasty. My husband had the dry-aged, bone-in filet, and I had Prime New York Strip. The steaks were delicious, but mine was a little overdone for medium rare. The Brussels sprouts were delicious; I never thought I would say that. Our server was helpful but not pushy with advice, and it was evident that his attention was centered on our dining experience. The atmosphere was lively, but not noisy, given that the kitchen is open to the dining area. The design and decor were perfect for the location. I took a picture of dessert (which was on the house) to text to our daughter. The picture's background was the dining room. Her reply was, "Wow! No wonder the restaurant has so many excellent reviews."

   We went to celebrate my husband's and my daughter's birthdays. It was prime rib special night. We arrived at 6:15 for a 6:30 reservation. We ordered drinks, which took at least 20 min to receive, No one took our order for almost an hr. Then when it was taken, we got salads only, We did not get our dinner until after 8;00. How hard is it to slice a prime rib and add some mashed potatoes? We finally had to call the manager over to tell him that we had not received our food, then we got it, but it was not hot, The birthday,free deserts, were nice, but by the time we finished the restaurant was almost empty and it was after 9, I asked for the manager and complained. We have eaten there on several occasions before and did not have this issue. He gave me his card and said, well when you come back, ask for me and I will see that you get good service,

    Good and service is excellent. We love coming here for special occasions like birthdays and anniversary. The lamb was delicious and Stephen was an attentive waiter.
