   We went to celebrate my husband's and my daughter's birthdays. It was prime rib special night. We arrived at 6:15 for a 6:30 reservation. We ordered drinks, which took at least 20 min to receive, No one took our order for almost an hr. Then when it was taken, we got salads only, We did not get our dinner until after 8;00. How hard is it to slice a prime rib and add some mashed potatoes? We finally had to call the manager over to tell him that we had not received our food, then we got it, but it was not hot, The birthday,free deserts, were nice, but by the time we finished the restaurant was almost empty and it was after 9, I asked for the manager and complained. We have eaten there on several occasions before and did not have this issue. He gave me his card and said, well when you come back, ask for me and I will see that you get good service,

   Good and service is excellent. We love coming here for special occasions like birthdays and anniversary. The lamb was delicious and Stephen was an attentive waiter.

   We've been to J. Michael's multiple times and the food and experience has always been amazing. Highly recommend.

   In the past I have given 5 stars on almost all categories. However, this night service was not quite as good. Waitress I thought took order for appetizer but appears did not enter and after a longer than normal wait we asked again. My wife’s wine was longer wait than usual. Our waitress changed about halfway through the meal but no one said anything about the change. Don’t mind a change just communicate. My wife’s salad with filet tips was very good. I tried “special” of prime rib and it was just ok - not J Michael’s usual great food. The crème boule was not that good and texture seemed off. Maybe I have been so use to great from them and my expectations were high.

   As always, J Michael's Prime delivered. The service was outstanding, very helpful and friendly but more importantly everything was at your side when you needed it without asking. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the experience was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant

   Excellent quality food. Lamb lovers- they offer a lamb loin and risotto, excellently cooked, very tender. My dining partner had the filet. Both perfectly done and generous portions. We also had the quarter wedge salad, mushrooms and lobster mashed potatoes. There were take home bags. Our server Julia, was efficient, patient and knowledgeable about the menu. In fact, we were made to feel welcome and appreciated by all the staff. My friend celebrated a birthday and was given a personalized birthday card and a complimentary dessert. The tiramisu bread pudding and ice cream was selected. Loved it. Overall a great experience. Note, if you want to make Thanksgiving reservations- you need to do it by July. I asked the manager as I was too late by calling in August last year. They were not only booked on Thanksgiving, but for the entire weekend.
