We had such a nice experience here. First, our waitress, Kristie was an amazing waitress. So, sweet, friendly and helpful. I was torn between having the lobster Mac and cheese and a steak. Kristie suggestioned I have both and forego the sides that come with the filet. Such an amazing suggestion. The Lobster mac n cheese was life changing. So good, flavorful and creamy. When she served the filet it looked a little dry but cutting into it, I found out I was very wrong. So juicy, tender and flavorful.
Very good experience. Hopefully we will back next time we come to the Ozarks.
Solid choice, has been there for 30+ years, always consistent with Good Lobster and Steaks in my experience. Onion Rings are good appetizer. Wife had the Lobster and I had the Prime Rib for Valentines day. Was very good and Patricia our waitress was excellent. Will return (and request Patricia). Place could use an update, but really it's about the meal and service and both were top notch for us.
First time going there and it was amazing best prime rib we have ever had
Love the atmosphere of Jb Bruners
Cozy - Great Food - hard to choose, menu
But the Fried Lobster is Amazing !
It’s a favorite place to go
The food was over priced for what we received. Just ok in quality.
Great food as always. Had the salmon for the 1st time...can't wait to go back for more. Always have the filet, which is soooo good! Great service, very attentive. We love the gals!
We come her once a year for our anniversary and the food, service and atmosphere are all wonderful!!!
We had an excellent dining experience. The food was very good. Our waitress, Anji, provided outstanding service in her own remarkable way. It was a wonderful experience and would recommend J Bruner’s to anyone at the Lake.
We went for New Year's eve and the food was not good, my trout was burned, my husband's fish had no taste. The wait staff was lovely and attentive but all 4 of us were disappointed by the food and this is not an inexpensive restaurant.
Nice Folks, fair food, service was acceptable. Not opposed to spending good money for a nice meal for sure, but the atmosphere and overall food presentation (I'm not a foodie, but this term seemed to fit) did not in any way fit the cost, which was as much a some finer restaurants we have dinned at in downtown Chicago. I checked "would recommend" so as not to discourage others as long as their expectations are in line for the value they receive. If asked, I will explain cost vs. value, and atmosphere, let them know food is in fact good, and let them decide if Brunners fits their requirements. Not trying to create a bad review, just trying to share my wife and I's thoughts as usable info to management. Thank you
