This was our first time visiting J. ALEXANDER'S and everything was amazing. We had the deviled eggs, which were very good and the calamari (could've been done a little more). There were 4 of us, one had the NY strip (seasoned to perfection), one had the prime rib (cooked to perfection almost melted in your mouth), one had the shrimp (fried beautifully) and one had the prime rib sandwich (juicy and seasoned very well). All were very good and the NYO mac n cheese was unlike anything we've had before. Everything was cooked perfectly, seasoned, and arrived at our table hot! By far, the best service ever! Our waiter, Gary was so attentive, professional and always came to the table with a smile. He answered every question we had and constantly checked to make sure we were enjoying our meal, filling up drinks and bringing us everything we asked for. The customer service we received was definately top notch! I would like to thank Gary for making our dining experience so AMAZING. We will definately go again.

This place was outstanding. The wait staff went above and beyond. The manager was friendly, and even the girl Who sat is was amazing. The food melts un your mouth. They had the best crabe cake on earth.cant wait to go back.

The food taste amazing , the service was fantastic! And the lighting was perfect , let’s not forget the price... for that kind of quality food I thought I would over spend but the price was affordable between 4 ppl. Will recommend to other and definitely be back

Another awesome experience at this wonderful restaurant. What really made the evening was our server Rica...she had a great sense of humor, explained in detail the various food selections we were interested in, had an impeccable attention to detail, etc. We will definitely ask for a table in her section at our next visit !

Have been a number of times. The first few times were great but the last couple of times were just ok. A few apps are amazing but disappointed by everything else lately.
