Food was great as always and presented well. Service from our server was "spotty" with them disappearing for periods and thus having to wait to get another glass of wine or to request something for the food (condiments etc.) Overall service was good and food came out hot and sides were also well prepared and hot.

Service was really good! We ordered a salad to split and my wife had ordered Vinaigrette while I ordered the Kiawah island. Both came with Kiawah island. I wanted ribs but they no longer have them, so I went with the filet medium and fries. I got loaded baked potato and a filet that was charred on both sides. They did bring me fries. I just wish the filet would have been better

I ordered the tuna and initially it was cooked medium rare. No one asked how I wanted it, but I eat my seafood well done. They took it back and returned with it medium well. I was too hungry to send it back again so I dealt with it. It was very salty. Other than that, everything was great

We are regular J Alexander customers at the white bridge and west end locations and the service, food and adult beverage, especially martinis, are consistently great.
