We had great time from the moment we walked in the door! Our waitress for the evening was FANTASTIC! She recommended a great beer and took great care of us the entire evening.

Did not feel “rushed” able to linger & talk without pressure to “turn the table” waitress was attentive without being intrusive: food was great as always!

Clean, ambient, great food, service was a bit slow. One of our side dishes came out to us cold, waiter did not come back to check on us after delivering food for 7 minutes. We told him about the side dish temp and he sent us a replacement right away.

As usual the food was outstanding. The ribs are amazing. The pecan encrusted trout was not only huge; but, was excellent. Service was very responsive.

We always enjoy our dining experiences at J. Alexander's! The food is always expertly prepared. The wait staff is wonderful! The manager always stops by our table. We can't wait for the next opportunity to come!

Always been a good food place. A bit expensive. Noisy. They are very quick to replace empty (or half filled) beverages. So fast that it is hard to get a switch from pop to water.
