   Not a great experience or meal. We had a 6:45 reservation and were not seated until 7:15. People who checked in after us were seated before us. Once we were seat the service was slow. Our food ticket was lost, so once again the tables that ordered after us received their food before us. Nothing was done for us for this issue. Additionally, someone in our group ordered the prime dip sandwich ($15-20) but the prime rib ($30) was brought out. We let our waitress know and she asked if he instead wanted the sandwich or to keep the rib (at no extra charged). He said he would just keep the rib since we had already had such a long wait. She charged us for the $30 prime rib, not the sandwich. Overall a very poor experience.

   If you are there for a dinner and you wish to enjoy a conversation, forget it...it is way too loud. This is a shame because... the food is good, the service was outstanding and the ambiance is superb!! Management needs to find a way to tamp down the noise level, so that folks from one dining table/booth to another can have a meaningful conversation without each party talking over the other.
