We came here for a spontaneous date night and were very pleasantly surprised - the service was very quick, food was delicious (10/10 recommend the very generous Bento boxes!), atmosphere was cosy and intimate, and the staff were so friendly! We'll definitely be back!!

We really enjoyed our food! We needed help to decide what to order, but the waitresses were very helpful and our decisions were delicious. Food arrived quickly, this is not a restaurant to sit and linger all evening, but it is very clean and has an interesting menu. We can thoroughly recommend this Izakaya

Unfortunately had a hair in my soup starter which ruined the whole experience. Not much accountability from them about it either

Amazing place 10/10 recommend food is great and so are the prices and atmosphere
Came here for a quick lunch in March and while it doesn't have a high end flair, it doesn't try or need it as it is a simple izakaya serving tasty Japanese food.
We had a lunch set which wasn't too expensive and the portions were decent and tasted great.
Very good overall, possibly one of the most authentic Japanese restaurants in Bristol

Very friendly and helpful staff and very tasty food! Also good value. Will go again!
Booked a table for dinner before a show, good food, quick and friendly service. Only downside was it was rather cold as the front door was kept permanently open. Also the choice of background music (classical piano) didn't really seem to fit the vibe of the place.
