                  Definitivamente el sitio es una maravilla, la experiencia de estar inmerso en la selva, en una estructura antigua con una armonía de hacienda, a mi opinión la comida con algunos detalles en la cocción del pescado que ordené un poco duro, las bebidas deliciosas y el ambiente único. Lo recomiendo totalmente, creo que podría recomendar todo menos el pescado rojo.

                  Although it's 45 minutes outside of Mérida it is definitely worth the drive. The restaurant is beautiful, set inside an impeccably manicured parcel of land. They grow their own herbs on site. The service is outstanding. If it's your first visit to Ixi'im your waiter greets you at the parking lot and escorts you to the restaurant giving you a brief history of the property and the restaurant. From beginning to end the of your meal service is excellent but not intrusive. Food was unique, blending flavours that were new but based on traditional recipes. They also offered vegetarian options! Excellent wine list as well. Thank you, we will return 🤎
