   You can go here for ANY gathering. Lol I was STARVING and stressed about missing a class so me and my cousins just dropped in for lunch. It was super cute and kid friendly which I love as a new mommy and the food was GREAT and came QUICK. We had 3 orders of the crab cakes alone. I had the Pink Sauce Lobster Ravioli and because of the Pink Sauce controversy I was nervous but LORD IT WAS GOOD! AND THE DRINKS!!!!⁉️⁉️ I was highly satisfied and will be returning.

   The food was excellent and the service could not have been better. But the noise level was just about intolerable. We had to shout to be heard. As outstanding as the cuisine and the service were, the noise level was just too much for us. I wish it weren’t so because the food and service were well worth returning for.

   4 for lunch on Saturday- one on a walker and a caregiver. The staff is so wonderful- from the Valet to front desk to Waiters and busboys. They did everything to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. Guacamole is the best I ever had… the large margarita pizza was a bit small- but good. Swordfish always great… so hard to decide on desserts- brownie a la mode and key lime pie were terrific. Can’t wait to return-

    My favorite lunch spot for girls birthday outings. The pink walls and island vibe never fail to put me in a good mood and the service from host stand to wait staff impeccable. Appreciate that host stand honored my online request for a special table for birthday. Love that corner spot. Thanks Ivy!

    Had dinner with friends who were passing through. The menu is a bit of a mixed bag. The service was excellent and very friendly. The food was really good. It’s quite pricey but isn’t everywhere now. They had some good value wines on offer.

    Ivy at the shore is always five stars. Early breakfast on Saturday is perfect the best tangerine juice, the best fruit plate, it looked like an art. The front patio is charming. The flowers are gorgeous and the staff is impeccable. I even found a parking space in front of the restaurant. Thank you so much for being such a wonderfully run restaurant for all these years! I can remember having my birthday parties on this patio in the 80s! The best!

    The food was amazing, but it wasn’t until I got home, and I noticed that the valet badly damaged the mirror on my car. I made sure to open both doors of the car and stand in such a way that they were blocking the mirrors when I got in.

    A classic LA meal. You can eat as healthy or as un-healthy as you want there. There are always open tables. It is expensive but it is worth it.

    We love coming here every year for special occasions. The food, service, and atmosphere cannot be topped. Ivy at the Shore is just the most beautiful, delicious place to eat!!

    We tend to go to Ivy's early for dinner and sit in the patio. At that time, it is very quiet and peaceful. This is one of our favorite restaurants in town....

    We asked to be seated outside for health reasons. The front patio was crammed full with almost no space between tables. It was very noisy and uncomfortable. The food, as always, was stellar.

    One of my top restaurants. I love to eat here whenever I am back in town. Having lived down the street for 15 years, I had so many happy memories of eating here with special people. I never fail to have a wonderful time, and now I am introducing the young people in my life to this wonderful restaurant. However, I do not like the music that is playing now. There used to be a really unique and classic variety of music playing. Now it seems to be the same person singing covers.

    My wife and I had dinner at 5:00 pm, before the dinner crowd arrived. Valet parking ($15 charge plus tip) drop off in front of the restaurant is convenient. Service here is friendly and very responsive. Food and drinks were excellent. We had a nice glass of Pinot Noir wine, Caesar salad to start and delicious pumpkin ravioli as a main course. Prices were on a par with other high end restaurants near the ocean in Santa Monica. Our server, Rick, was a very friendly fellow and took good care of us. Restaurant has a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. The whole experience was delightful.

    We made a reservation for 9:00 and arrived 9:10 and they told us the kitchen was close. They told us they tried to reach us but the couldn’t. After some arguments they served us but in a hurry. Why they allow reservations for 9:00 if they close at that hour? It was no fun to have a very expensive dinner in 20 minutes
