Our experience with this restaurant was poor,the food was very pedestrian and bland,the steak sandwich fell apart and the steak was very tough,the chicken parmigiana was processed chicken that you buy from supermarkets topped with cheese,the crab balls where supermarket standard the ones you buy from supermarket freezers,the gentleman who wore a suit ,I would say a manager asked how was the food, we replied it’s not very nice , he promptly walked away and nothing else was done. We walked away from this establishment feeling very disappointed with the food,the service from other staff was attentive and the atmosphere was ambient, we definitely will not recommend this restaurant and I felt very embarrassed that I recommended this place to friends,don’t waste your money on this restaurant.

I'm sorry to hear that, although you enjoyed the service and atmosphere, your experience did not fully meet your expectations. I remember personally asking about your experience, and the only dissatisfaction noted was regarding the steak sandwich. I did offer her an alternative or something extra, but it was declined. I recently had dinner at this restaurant and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the evening. The food was very good – fresh ingredients, well prepared, and nicely presented. Service was efficient and courteous, and the overall experience felt well balanced. It's the kind of place where you feel at ease and enjoy good food without any fuss. Definitely a spot I’d be happy to return to, and would recommend to friends looking for a nice meal out.

We ordered an entree and 3 main meals at the bar. The entree arrived at the same time as the main meals when I have specifically asked for it to be served first. The main meals were warm but not hot, it seemed as if they had been standing for quite some time before being served. The chips were almost cold. Overall somewhat disappointing.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, service was excellent. Size of the servers was just right. We have been dining most nights and we have been here for breakfast every day. They have a wide variety to choose from with both hot and cold dishes.
