Itta Bena, ubicado en el 3er piso del B.B. King's Blues Club, con vistas a la histórica Beale Street, ofrece a sus comensales "una experiencia delta única". Itta Bena captará los sentidos de todo visitante, tanto si acceden desde la entrada privada de Second Street a través del servicio de valet parking o caminando por el pasillo secreto desde el interior del B.B. I love Itta Bena. They have a great staff that will ensure that everything about your experience is wonderful. The location and venue are fun and exciting and the live music creates a unique and classy atmosphere. All the food is great but if it is your first time please do yourself a favor and get the pork chop, it is the best you will ever have I promise!

Wonderful food and service! We would definitely go back. Very nice birthday dinner and a very special dessert presented to my husband with a sparkler. Such a nice touch and the music was also very much appreciated, only added to the cozy ambiance!

Amazing food and our waiter Daniel was the best. Great recommendations and descriptions of the food. He was there when we needed him, but didn't visit too much. I hate when the server hovers, constantly asking is everything ok?

The restaurant closed due to a power failure: not their fault. But when we arrived for our reservation, the staff and the door rolled their eyes and shouted "closed!" at us. No apology, no offer to help us find an alternative, nothing. I'll not be going back.

I wanted to share feedback about a recent visit that left me very disappointed. During our time at your restaurant, there was a power outage that affected service—particularly in the kitchen. As a result, we were unable to receive the food we had intended to order. While I understand that outages can happen and are beyond anyone’s control, I was surprised and disappointed by how the situation was handled. Rather than offering the drinks we had already received on the house, or even providing a gesture of goodwill like an additional round, the server told us the manager asked for my name, number, and credit card information to charge us for the two drinks. This response, particularly in the context of a disrupted evening and a missed meal, came across as inconsiderate and unaccommodating. A more guest-centered approach would have gone a long way in preserving goodwill and encouraging us to return. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and consider how future service disruptions can be handled with more empathy and hospitality.
