We were not served any food at all for the first hour, we told them our choices from the menu for the bottomless and they came back 40 minutes later and made us reconfirm. Then the mains didn’t come out until nearly and hour and a half in and no one felt like eating anymore. They were also reluctant to bring out sufficient drinks for the table.

Great vibes, great food, great service. Myself and 3 girlfriends came for the bottomless brunch and ended up staying for 5 hours to make our way through the cocktail venue! The DJ on site was fab and kept the good times coming.

Wait staff didn’t really pay us any attention and were very slow on the drinks. I asked for a round of drinks twice as wel as my friends and nothing showed up for 40 mins. Then we got told our booking was done even though we did not receive any drinks that we had asked for. We got booted out to drink in front of venue and when I went to pay I nearly got charged 250 dollars more than I was supposed to because the waitress put in the wrong number. When I questioned this she said it was the service fee. I was just going to pay it until another staff member saw the amount and told me that it was wrong and she had punched in the wrong numbers.. very disappointed as my bottomless experience here last year was great hence why I booked this year again. Would not recommend

When making my booking for my birthday meal I had requested a 3 course set menu that was offered when booking. When we arrived we were made to eat from the bottomless brunch menu. I had selected the non-drinks option as there were a number of the party who would not be drinking. Once we had ordered our food options (2 pizza and 2 pasta's) and after already making clear that there would be 6 people of the 8 dining on the bottomless menu we received our food minus one of the pasta dishes. When we asked where the last dish was we were told that it had been removed as there were 2 less people. This is fine and I understand the reduction but we should have been made aware and asked what dish we wanted to omit... We had more vegetarians on the table so would have chosen to loose the meat pizza had we been given the offer. I'm sad to say that the staff who we dealt with couldn't have cared less... just shrugged their shoulders and walked off. Then when it came to the bill they had put the premium package on - Good job we checked and got this corrected to the basic package! All in all not a great birthday meal that was made quite stressful for me.

After arriving and being seated no one came and spoke to us for about 30 minutes. No menus, no water, no service. We left and went to Society.
