   We went there to claim/use the Bistro Group promo available only on that day which states 30% off with a minimum purchase of P3000. However we werent informed until the last call that our bill havent reached yet the needed amount so that we can use the 30% discount. We only knew when we asked for our “running bill” , just trying to make sure. And voila to our surprise we only got P2300, we immediately asked to have additional orders to fill it in but we werent allowed anymore since their kitchen is already cleaning up. Major bad vibes. The staff and crew were also negligent MORESO right after the incident. When we were about to leave, they didnt care anymore to open the door for us. Very rude people and negligent Itallianis branch I’ve been to so far. Will never come back to this branch ever again.

   We are not accommodated properly, from seating arrangement because we have to add 2 more seats as the booking allows only 8, we arrived a bit late due to senior citizen inability to walk fast. while we order we inquire about BDO promo, should have recommended about cap size and we have other people in the group to accommodate the excess of the cap promo on our order. This is really very frustrating. To top it up, our order which we repeatedly requested the tea for the senior citizen was given almost all our meal have been finished. They did not accepted the senior citizen discount despite our order is beyond the cap requirement of 6K. This is just very unaccommodating. you can feel that they are short in staff.
