We went here on a slow Wednesday night. Took our daughter for her first "fancy restaurant" experience, and we left underwhelmed. Service was ok. For appetizer, I was delivered a bowl of beef broth and cheese for french onion soup. Our waiter apologized, and stated there was training taking place in the back and it must have been overlooked. I waited close to 30 mins for the next bowl of soup, much better. Our daughter ordered ravioli - It appeared and tasted like the frozen ravioli you could buy at a grocery store for $4 - at a cost of $25, which seemed pretty steep for a price. I ordered Lasagna, and it was nothing special (sauce was REALLY sweet). My wife ordered the bolognese. She said it was good, but she had stomach issues the rest of the night. $18 for an adult beverage seems high (pineapple juice / coconut rum / white rum). We were hoping for a better experience, 3 courses took a little more than 2 hours. We were not offered coffee, or a look at the desert menu for our daughter. Based on the experience, we would not go back.

Salvatores is the model of consistency for over the 50 years I have been there. Great food, great service, ambience and decorative.

Our server, Annie, did a commendable job. We were very pleased. However, two things could be addressed by the restaurant: 1) Seemed to take longer than expected between the appetizers and entrees. 2) We were there to celebrate a birthday. So we got the $50 credit plus we used a few gift cards. The resulting total was pretty low. When we asked why the server did not provide a birthday sparkler at the end like normal (a person at the next table got one), we were told we didn't qualify because we didn't order dessert (but we did have two drinks)! Guess our net tab was too low for management. Really disappointing (and cheap) considering we've been customers for 40 years! Is that how to treat customers of 40 years?!

Our waiter Giovanni was probably the best waiter i have ever had . The service was impeccable. The food was great, any bad reviews i seen made me nervous but our prime rib and stuff cob was delicious. We’ll be back!

A great discovery near Buffalo Airport. Excellent service and exceptional food! Mike was our waiter and he and his team made sure our experience was a memorable one. Nice surprise to find this gem so close!

We have been going to Salvatore's Restaurant for years. The food is very good but I must say, the atmosphere has changed. It used to be a very high end restaurant, but now it seems the have too many different themes going on. The loud entertainment in the bar seems to distract from the atmosphere and takes away from its status as an elegant place to have dinner. The service continues to be top notch and our waiter was very attentive. We will still go there, but I do wish they would return to their old ways. It is very difficult to find a nice, elegant restaurant that you can have a nice dinner and conversation at these days.
