   Service was mediocre at best. Waitress spilled water all over the table and didn’t apologize or even say she would wipe it up she just walked away hoping we wouldn’t notice. When we asked our server for a towel so WE could clean it up she rolled her eyes at us and came back to wipe it up. After that we were getting dirty looks from the both of them all night. Food was meh. Small portion, cold food, flavorless. For the price you’d think you’d be paying for something delicious. Had lemon cake for dessert it was extremely dry almost stale like. Charging $5 for bread that wasn’t fresh/ warm is beyond me. The place is beautiful but everything else was not worth coming back for. Place seems to be tan by hormonal teenagers.

   It was just ok. Glad we tried it, but probably not on a list to repeat. The beignets were probably the best thing we tried but are more like a croquet and not a beignet

   Food was good but small portions so don’t expect to share. Waiter seemed rushed and wasn’t that friendly. Probably wouldn’t go again.

   This restaurant is beautiful! The atmosphere is amazing it is quite loud with the music pumping so large groups would be difficult to hear each other, the buratta was to die for so yummy! Everything was good! Portion sizes are small like stop at Chick-fil-A on your way home for my husband small haha but delish and definitely with trying!

   The bread and butter accompanying was spectacular. The rest was ok, not great. Felt we needed to eat there once to understand the lay of the land with the food and order tricks. They went through 3 different menus. Bread, wine and food all were on their own menu. Service was good but nothing where we felt a connection with our server. We were put in the corner by the dessert cart so servers were constantly walking by to roll out the cart.

   Loved the service here and the overall design was unique and picturesque. The food was really good as well just thought it would have been a bit better. However, it was still really good. The noodles are freshly made. I recommend the beignets and spicy rigatoni. I am pregnant or I would have tried one of their interesting cocktails. I did have the house lemonade and it was really good.

   They wanted the 6 of us to squeeze into a sectional sofa meant for 4 and have to request Manager to put a chair and setting at the front sectional. 5 months into business but unable to provide hot water and lemon or coffee!

    The atmosphere was absolutely incredible. I loved how incredibly attentive the staff was. Sometimes we were asked the same question by a few different people. It felt like we had 5 waiters and that was a little bit confusing, but still an incredible overall experience.

    Food was amazing (when we FINALLY got it) but either our orders were never put in or we were forgotten bc everyone around us was served and done before I had the balls to ask about our appetizer (the toast of the day). And then there was no straight answer, just random excuses and all our food was on our table 5 minutes later, at once. Mistakes happen, nbd, just be honest. Good thing I would die for that ricotta toast, otherwise we’d never be back.

    Very yummy food, beautiful presentation and a beautiful setting. And to top it off our waiter was so sweet and very helpful for us when choosing dishes to order. I will for sure be going back!

    The food was excellent! I loved the Rye Sourdough bread with the pan strippings, olive oil and butter. The seafood dish was incredible. The Dry Aged NY Strip was so flavorful and delicious. I would not recommend the Steak Tartare but it wasn't bad. Overall the food was exquisite and the ambiance could not be beat.

    As an Italian from Brooklyn, NY this was some of the best red sauce I’ve had at a restaurant! Everything was immaculate from the appetizers, to the drinks, to the beautiful dessert cart.” Our waters were always full & the service was great. Absolutely would eat here again if we’re ever in Salt Lake City!

    This was the best Italian food me and my wife have ever had. The burrata appetizer was incredible. I would highly recommend this place, we will definitely be returning!

    First time going to Italian Graffiti. The menu was a little overwhelming at first and we weren't sure what the right amount of food would be as the waiter suggested sharing. We ended up getting bread, an appetizer, two primis, and sharing a secondi and dessert. Each dish was amazing and just the right amount of food. The ambience was great and service was quick and great from everyone. We'll definitely be back!

    It was our first time going to Italian Graffiti and it was incredible! The food, the ambiance and the wait staff were amazing! The food was the best Italian food I’ve ever had and I will 100% return to try more of their menu!

    We enjoyed all of our food. The atmosphere was a fun modern eclectic. We had a pleasant experience. The one downside is the prices. Specifically I felt like the breads and salads were overpriced. The entrance to the restaurant is kind of hidden. It is a big purple door that isn't marked. The did give us a rose for Valentine's day. And they validated out parking.

    My husband and I made a reservation here for a special occasion. We had a private booth away from the rest of the restaurant and our waiter was Stew. We shared the cheesy garlic bread as an appetizer, which was absolutely delicious, and I had the Ravioli and my husband the Cannelloni. Both were very good, my only complaint is the portion size compared to the cost is quite small. We shared their peanut butter cheesecake which was also super good! I really liked the atmosphere. the food was great and I felt like the wait staff was very attentive, but I probably would only return for special occasions due to the cost vs value.
