Had heard very good things about the restaurant but would have to say I was disappointed. First off, it was exceptionally loud in the dining room, with loud conversation necessary to speak over the music they had playing. The exception was the Istanbul Premium salad which was fresh, tasty and served 4 people. While the portions were large, they mostly lacked flavor. The hummus lacked flavor as did the chicken entrees. Perhaps they rely on the sauces they place on the table to add flavor to their food. However, the chicken should stand on its own.

Istanbul Premium is one of our favorite restaurants. The waiters and staff are friendly and attentive. The food is well prepared and served in large portions. If you're looking for Turkish cuisine, this is the place to go!

Instanbul Bay is a wonderful new restaurant in our area. The staff is attentive, the food is fresh and delicious every time we dine there. The fresh bread is a wonderful touch as well.

Will return to try again. Went on a Tuesday evening. Mentioned in reservation it was our anniversary but not a mention of it. Husband’s dinner was lamb and was over cooked. He ate part of it. The appetizer of pastrami hummus was tasty. Once our dinners were served waiter who seemed busy never returned to check how it was. Had to ask for water and another napkin ( was paper which surprised me). Maybe an off night since table next to us returned entree 2x. Person said this is his 10th time there and he’s always loved it before this.

Just OK. Although I don’t like to be rushed, the service was too slow. Waited way too long to be told that our main course selections were not available. Way too long for server to check on table and dessert was overlooked completely. Food was solid but nothing fantastic. First time there and was not impressed. Ambience and decorations are very beautiful!!!

Our waiter Meit was absolutely outstanding with his food choice recommendations and service. Our meals were delicious. The bread, salad, and dips were difficult to stop eating. I recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in having an enjoyable dining experience

Delicious food and a great menu. Loved everything we ordered especially the smoked eggplant and baby lamb chops. Reminder that this is a BYOB restaurant. We’ll be back soon.

Food was bland. The falafel was refried and had a tough outer coating. The lamb shank was bland and overcooked. The vegetable stew had too many potato pieces and was bland.

We like to have a dinner in Istanbul Bay Premium and go there at least once a week. Never disappointed. Very good quality of food, service and atmosphere. Yasmina is the best…she is professional and just nice person. Always smiling and ready to help…makes you feel special.

Very enjoyable evening, as always. However, I tried the Falafel appetizer and was disappointed that it was quite dry. I had the lamb sautee because I’ve had the shrimp sautee in the past which was outstanding. Unfortunately, the lamb sautee was not nearly as good. The service, was outstanding as it has always been in the past. I regret that Istanbul did not meet my expectations this time.

Tasty Turkish food. We started with the falafel which was perfectly cooked and very tasty. It was accompanied with hummus and techina and a little bit of salad, The restaurant serves a delicious airy form of pita for dipping. Our entrees were a tasty chicken kebab and adana kebab made from ground lamb. Both were excellent. They were accompanied by a rice pilaf, a salad, a grilled tomato and a grilled hot pepper. This seems the standard side at every Turkish restaurant. They were tasty. For dessert we split the rice pudding which was very tasty.
