   AWFUL is an understatement….I had a group of 9 girls come out for mine and my best friends birthday. It was a Tuesday night and they were completely short staffed and very rude. I am not one to ever write a bad review as I know how hard it can be in the food service industry but I couldn’t let this one go. From them fighting us on seating when the restaurant was empty to us dropping over 1500 on subpar drinks and nothing to write home about food (and trust me we order a lot not just a little). They then wouldn’t even bring plates for the birthday cake my friends brought and said that they were going to charge us an additional 15 dollars per person for them to serve it to us but if we could find a way to cut and eat it with out them providing utensils or plates that was on us. I’m my humble opinion, when your guest are forced to use their hands or any left over forks to eat a piece of cake off their napkins after a large bill at the very least plates could have been provided or they could have offered a desert from their establishment to the two individuals who were celebrating in lieu of our cake being cut. The fact that I had to eat a piece of my birthday cake off of my dinner napkin should have been appalling to anyone. Then to end the night with a cherry on top. As we were waiting for our Ubers and sitting in the indoor seating sofa as it was cold outside. The manager came up to us and told us we needed to get up and out as they needed to move the sofa. Funny you didn’t have staff to get our food or drink orders out in a timely manner and we didn’t say a thing to you but you had enough staff to move large pieces of furniture in that moment and couldn’t wait five minutes for your guest to leave. Final verdict, I’m foodie who eats at the best establishments and this is not one I will ever recommend to anyone. Pick anywhere else. Especially if it’s a special occasion! Your money would be well spent elsewhere.

   Cool atmosphere and great cocktails. Food was decent, small portions, and extremely overpriced. Happy I tried it, but will not be coming back.

   I would say the experience for this restaurant was great. I don’t have any complaints but the only thing that could have been a bit better would’ve been the portion size for the meal I had got, I honestly thought it would have been more considering what I paid for the plate but it’s not that big of a deal as it was delicious, besides that everything else was really nice. We were well greeted and got seated appropriately fast, the ambience was very calming and pretty, the waitress was very helpful and polite and would make sure to check up on us frequently, our food arrived at a moderate time, not too fast but not too slow which isn’t a bother in my opinion as the food entirely was great! Overall i’d say this was a lovely restaurant and I will definitely be going back.

   Terrible restaurant if you have a Service Dog. They say that they allow, but put you to eat in a small space where even you can fit, and the end of the restaurant. I was visiting LA for 3 nights and Staying at La Peer.. I refer Craig’s to go.

   Fourth time visiting and probably the last. Terrible service, bartenders overcharging for drinks, and food consistency simply not there. I come for the lamb ribs and they were burnt. Service has dwindled.p

   The food is absolutely amazing!!! Every single thing we had was delicious! We were seated outside but it started to rain so there was a lot of chaos at one point but the staff handled it graciously! Will absolutely recommend and will be going back.

   Very nice patio setting and noise level not much. The food was delicious but pricey. If you want bread, you need to order it and pay $12 for it. Delicious and was worth the order, but just expect everything to add up pretty quickly. Gratuity charge was automatically put on my bill. The food got delayed in the kitchen and so we were offered shots as a thank you for our patience which was a nice gesture.

    I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and it did not disappoint! The drinks are fantastic and the food is seriously some of the best I’ve had in LA. The pasta was astoundingly delicious and the marinated skirt steak is flavorful and reasonably priced for the amount. We came early in the evening and were the only people there for a bit which is great if you enjoy privacy! 10/10

    Lovely greetings from valet, front door staff, hostess. Seated promptly. Our server was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and professional. The food was excellent. The ambience was beautiful and the patio, poolside dining area - it all felt private and special. The crowd was stylish. It looked like everyone was really enjoying themselves. I’m 60 years old and the crowd was mid 20’s - mid 30’s that evening, though I’ve seen more of an age mix usually with earlier reservations. I was dining later so that’s probably why. It’s on the expensive side definitely, but worth it.

    First time going to Issima and we chose to eat on the outside patio. They sat us near the wall back area where there was shrubbery and open soil which smelled like a dog area/ hints of fertilizer which was not very appetizing and the reason for my three stars. Other than that the food was good - we each got the crab with pasta dish and unfortunately there were some shells 🙁. However, besides that- it was tasty. The chocolate olive oil dessert was very good and we’d like to come back to try some other dishes and perhaps be seated in another area outside. Everyone who worked there and at the hotel were very polite and accommodating.

    The staff was not very welcoming and it was almost and awkward experience with the exception of our waiter he was very nice! Food is amazing though just wasn’t much of a dining experience our food came out in about 5-10 minutes.

    Food was good. Not perfect but good. Before being set for dinner we were sent to the bar. We had two cocktails and they were $27 each. Just regular martinis. Nothing special. They were $60 including tip. Good thing the drinks were good but we thought the price was a insane even for a hotel bar. Mushroom Pizza was awesome. We tried the hangar steak. It was okay. The marinade overpowered the meat. The fries we’re awesome. Service was good. Several people waited on us so it was hard to sort out who was our waiter. But everyone was attentive.

    There was a literal mosh pit of bros dancing around our table. It was probably the weirdest dining experience I’ve ever had. Noise level was out of control. I couldn’t even hear what my friends were saying at our table. Food was good but overpriced.
