    Hace mucho no iba. No es tan bueno como antes. El menú está muy limitado en variedad de carnes. Por ejemplo solo tienen un pollo (que es muslo) y un plato de pescado que no estaba tan bueno. Además no quisieron cambiarme la guarnición lo que me parece mal servicio.

    Very good restaurant in a town that isn’t known for foodie cuisine. Unfortunately it is located in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood so just be careful around there. I wouldn’t wander around.

    Lovely! Good food, nice staff. We had the plantains croquettes, catch of the day, and chocolate tart. All delicious!

    It is just the best quality restaurant on all levels in CR. It's quaint and cozy and delicious and super sweet service. Not easy to find in CR

    Super todo! me encanto. Como critica podria decirles que hay pocas opciones de comidas, probe la costilla de cerdo con salsa de fresa y estaba espectacular.

    We did not stay. I specifically asked for a table in the terrace because I am not allowed to do indoor dining because of a health condition and they did not honor my request. They offered me a table inside and let people without reservations to sit outside. They finally gave me a table on a corner outside, but the table was dirty and the chairs were soaking wet.

    Our server was warm and friendly. I so appreciate it when staff make a point of engaging with us, even if it's brief. We enjoyed their food a great deal and even more so their creativity. The small plate stewed chicken with that amazing squash foam was a highlight. And our favorite overall was the pork ribs main. Who knew pork and raspberries could blend so perfectly like that! The other small plates were enjoyable and fun as well, but we were wowed by the two I just mentioned.

    Como feedback: El menú de niños parece un poco básico y aburrido en comparación a los platillos de adultos, realmente no tenía color ni vegetales ni nada llamativo para ellos. La limonada estaba sosa y parecía agua con limón. La entrada de maduro muy regular. La comida principal de los 4 adultos si estaba espectacular y nos brindó una excelente experiencia, al igual que los postres. El servicio muy top también.

    A pleasant surprise. If you are in the area and want to have a good cocktail with a great meal, this is the place for you. The menu has been curated to have an international approach of the Costa Rican cuisine.

    Excelente atención de Carolina (creo que ese era su nombre), de ahí la comida fue excelente, muy buena calidad, el ambiente bastante bonito. Lo recomiendo!!

    Isolina es mi restaurante preferido, siempre me sorprende, todos sus platos me han gustado. Hice la reservación por OpenTable con el motivo de celebar el cumpleaños de mi esposo y el restaurante muy amablamente le regaló un postre y le cantaron cumpleaños.

    Pésimo servicio. Nos fuimos antes de comer. Nos dieron un lugar cerca de la puerta donde hacia frío con unas sillas malísimas. Cuando preguntamos si podíamos cambiar nos ofrecieron otra mesa en un rincón en la terraza con una mesa baja. Cuando explicamos nuestra decepción nos miraron con desprecio y desdén. Una vergüenza.

    Hola Lauren, lamentamos que su experiencia haya sido esa, nos disculpamos en cualquier caso. Inicialmente esa fue la mesa asignada por nuestro sistema de reservas debido a que ya las otras mesas estaban asignadas previamente, sin embargo intentamos por su comodidad cambiarles a otro espacio posible el cual tampoco resulto de su agrado. Nuestra prioridad es la comodidad de nuestros visitantes, en consecuencia mirar con desprecio no pertenece a los valores que nos representan en Isolina.

    No menu for kids. Where not able to serve normal potatoes but had potatoes for hash browns. Instead they served chicken with potato chips and this in a fancy restaurant. Did not have ketchup. Too much time to serve the meal. Tuna with avocado as a entree was a rip off. The avocado was decorative splashes of avocado and not a real piece of avocado you could eat. To have to pay for bread is a no-go. In general to expensive for what you get and the menu does not have enough variety to choose from. The dessert where really good.

    Platillos con Clase, el patio muy privado, las entradas de lujo, el pate buenísimo, la charcutería como entrada es recomendadas, hay platos para todos los gustos, yo probé un camote, el cordero de calidad. Volvería sin pensarlo.

    I can confidently say that everything about Isolina is 6 out of 5 stars. The food is just amazing, you can taste works of art here, the people that work here go the extra mile and immerse us in the experience of the restaurant, and they’re very well trained. And a very important thing, the chairs are ALL so comfy! Isolina is a place I can spend hours in, it has become my favorite over many experiences.
